Im Sommer gehe ich auf Reisen, weshalb mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei ist für 390€ pro Monat. Das Zimmer übergebe ich komplett möbliert.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (3. OG) und verfügt über ein gemeinsames Bad mit WC und Dusche. In der Küche stehen ein Backofen/Herd, eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Cool ist auch der gemeinsame Garten im Innenhof, den alle Mieter nutzen können.
Falls du Interesse hast, das Zimmer für die Zeit zu übernehmen, können wir gerne alle Details besprechen. Melde dich einfach. :)

I will be travelling this summer and would like to rent my room in the meantime.
The room is fully furnished and details can be discussed. My personal highlight is the view of the Herz-Jesu-Kirche from the window in the kitchen.
Our apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor) and has a shared bathroom with WC and shower. The kitchen is equipped with an oven/stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Another cool feature is the shared garden in the inner courtyard, which all tenants can use.
If you are interested in subletting my room for the time being, we would be happy to discuss all the details. Just get in touch. :)
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil St. Leonhard, ganz nah an der Herz-Jesu-Kirche.
Im Umkreis von nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es: Billa, Spar, Bäcker, Apotheke, Bank/Geldautomat, Friseur und eine Straßenbahn-Haltestelle. Für zahlreiche weitere Restaurants, Imbisse, Bioladen und verschiedene Ärzte muss man nur einige wenige Minuten länger gehen.
Innerhalb von 15 Gehminuten erreicht man den Jakominiplatz/Innenstadt, die KFU, die TU, die Kunstuni, den Stadtpark und auch die Flixbus-Haltestelle für Fahrten innerhalb Österreichs.
In der WG wohnen noch Freddy (studiert an der TU) und Julia (studiert Volksschullehramt und arbeitet als Kindergärtnerin). Beide sind immer zum tratschen, kochen, Mario Kart spielen da, es ist auf jeden Fall keine ZwecksWG und ein gmiatliches Zusammenleben ist uns wichtig.
Genaue Daten sind flexible und können gerne besprochen werden.
