Wir, 2 Luftfahrtstudenten aus Salzburg und Tirol, suchen 2 nette und unkomplizierte MitbewohnerInnen für unsere 4er WG in der Grazer Innenstadt. – Kaiserfeldgasse.
Sehr schöne, neu renovierte Altbauwohnung (Erstbezug nach Renovierung), bestehend aus 4 Schlafzimmern (20-25qm), einer neuen Marken Küche, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, separate Toilette und ein großer Vorraum. Da sich die Wohnung im 3. Stock befindet ist sie sehr hell und ruhig und verzaubert mit hohen Decken und großen Fenstern.
Die Miete für die Zimmer beträgt ca. 320€ (20qm) und 390€ (25qm) inkl. BK, hinzu kommen noch Heizung und Strom.
Gesamtfläche der Wohnung 120qm, Fernwärme, Kaution 1125€.
