Wir haben in unserer schönen Schmiedgassen-WG ein großes, helles Zimmer ab 20.02 (flexibel) zu vergeben. Das Zimmer hat 25m², erhält schöne Nachmittagssonne – sogar im Winter – und befindet sich auf die ruhige Hofseite der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt sechs bewohnte Zimmer; es gibt zwei Toiletten und ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, ein kleines Wohnzimmer und eine Küche mit E-Herd und Spülmaschine. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG – ohne Aufzug.
Die WG befindet sich ganz im Zentrum der Stadt (Schmiedgasse) – alles wichtige ist innerhalb ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar – Jakominiplatz, Supermärkte, Cafés, Herrengasse, Hauptplatz. Die meisten Unis sind auch nur 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt oder – wegen den tollen ÖV-Verbindungen von Jakominiplatz – schnell mit Bus oder Bim erreichbar.
Wir verstehen uns nicht als Zweck-WG, sondern leben ein freundliches und tolerantes Miteinander. Unsere Wohngemeinschaft besteht aus sechs buntgemischten Leuten (drei Mädels, drei Jungs) zwischen 20 und 30 Jahren, hauptsächlich Studierende. Wir sind keine Party-WG, aber wir haben Humor. Leute, die gemeinsames Kochen, Trinken und Plaudern gern habe, sind immer bei uns willkommen, die Wohnung ist aber groß genug, dass man auch seine Ruhe hat.
Gesucht wird zurzeit eine Frau, um die Gleichgewichte der Geschlechter in der Wohnung zu behalten. Falls wir uns anders überlege, aktualisiere ich das Inserat.
Möbel
Ich möchte das Zimmer teilmöbliert gegen eine kleine Ablöse (150€ VB) übergeben (Doppelbett mit Matratze, Schreibtisch und Bürosessel, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Couchtisch). Unmöbliert ist aber auch möglich.
Das Zimmer ist ab 20.02. zu haben – aber etwas früher oder später wäre auch möglich – spätester Übergabetermin ist 1.03.

Large, bright, quite room in a share flat (5 students, plus you) is available from 16th of February. The room is 25m2, in the fourth floor of an "altbau" and faces over the courtyard.
The flat has a shared bathroom with shower and washing machine , two separate toilets, a small living/dining room and a shared kitchen with dishwasher, and is fully furnished.
I prefer to sell the furniture with the room (double bed with mattress, cupboard, bookshelf, desk and desk chair, coffee table), for which I would ask around €150. It is also possible to take the room unfurnished, .
The flat is right in the centre of the city (Schmiedgasse) with supermarkets, restaurants, pubs etc, all within a few minutes walk. The main public transport hub (Jakominiplatz) is only 2 minutes away by foot. Most universities (KF, Kunstuni, TU etc.) are also around 10-15 minutes by foot.
We're not a "party flat" but we are all friendly and enjoy our time together and cook or drink together when we can find the time.
The room is available as of the 20th, but I am flexible with this date. Earliest possible = 16.02. Latest possible = 1.03.
