schönes Zimmer in der wunderbaren RaubergasseWG

Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen dem Jakominiplatz und dem Hauptplatz - also sehr zentral. Man erreicht die Innenstadt in 2 Minuten zu Fuß und auch die nächste BIM Station ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Jakominiplatz ist auch der zentrale Umsteigepunkt, von hier aus kommt man also überall hin.
Auch mit dem Rad ist eigentlich alles innerhalb 10 -15 Minuten erreichbar (FH, Uni, Parks, ... ). Gleich um die Ecke findet man Spar und Billa.

The apartment is located exactly between Jakominiplatz and Hauptplatz - so very central. You can reach the city center in 2 minutes on foot and the nearest BIM station is only a 5-minute walk away. Jakominiplatz is also the central transfer point, so from here you can get everywhere.
Also by bike everything is actually within 10 -15 minutes (FH, university, parks, ... ). Just around the corner you will find Spar and Billa.

Du würdest mit Marius, Levin, jeni und Selina leben.

Marius ist schon am längsten in der WG. Er ist unser musikalischen Multitalent und beschenkt die WG gerne mal mit feinsten elektronischen Beats oder schönen Gitarrenklängen. Nebenher studiert Psychologie im Master und bringt uns mit seinen lustigen Sprüchen zum Lachen. Levin ist auch im Psychologiemaster. Egal welche Sportart man gerne ausprobieren möchte, einen Mitspieler fürs neueste Spiel braucht oder einen Begleiter zu ner fetzigen Party sucht - Levin ist immer am Start und bringt gerne auch mal einen Haufen lieber Leute mit. Jeni ist die letzte Psychologie Masterin im Bunde. Sie hat fast jedes Hobby schon mal ausprobiert und zaubert auch für fast alles das passende Equipment aus ihrem Zimmer. Jeni ist unsere kleine Partymaus und kann auch mal ganz schön auf den Putz hauen - genauso gut ist dann aber auch im fernsehen und gemütlich gammeln ... :)
Selina studiert Psychologie im Bachelor (Ja, eine Psycho WG ;)) und hat immer die WG Organisation im Blick. Sie ist garantiert die richtige Gesprächspartnerin für jegliche Anliegen und liegt ihr ein Thema am Herzen, kann sie einen auch mal in Grund und Boden diskutieren. Selina weiß über die Kunst- und Kulturevents der Stadt Bescheid und führt einen zielsicher zur nächsten Techno Party.

Das Zusammenleben in der Raubergasse ist superschön, entspannt und harmonisch. Wir sind eine sehr gesellige WG, kochen gern mal zusammen, spielen, feiern oder schauen auch mal gemütlichen nen Film im Wohnzimmer. Wenn einen der Trubel mal zuviel ist, kann man sich natürlich immer auch ausklinken. Die WG freut sich jedenfalls über eine*n gesellige*n Mitbewohner*in.

You would live with Marius, Levin, jeni and Selina.

Marius has been in the WG the longest. He is our musical multi-talent and likes to gift the WG with the finest electronic beats or beautiful guitar sounds. He is also studying psychology in the master's program and makes us laugh with his funny sayings. Levin is also in the psychology master. No matter which sport you want to try, if you need a teammate for your latest game or if you are looking for a companion for a party - Levin is always there and likes to bring a bunch of nice people with him. Jeni is the last psychology master in the bunch. She has tried almost every hobby and conjures up the right equipment for almost everything from her room. Jeni is our little party mouse and can also sometimes hit the ground running - but is just as good at watching TV and comfortably bumming around ... :)
Selina studies psychology in the Bachelor (Yes, a Psycho WG ;)) and always has the WG organization in mind. She is guaranteed to be the right person to talk to about any issue and if a topic is close to her heart, she can discuss it in depth. Selina knows about the art and cultural events of the city and leads you unerringly to the next techno party.

Living together in Raubergasse is super nice, relaxed and harmonious. We are a very sociable flat-sharing community, we like to cook together, play, party or watch a movie in the living room. If the hustle and bustle is too much, you can of course always get out. In any case, the WG is happy about a sociable roommate.

Falls du Interesse hast, schreib mir am besten per SMS oder melde dich telefonisch. Wir freuen uns, wenn du vorbeikommst und dir die Wohnung mal ansiehst - dann kannst du auch alle kennenlernen. Sollte das nicht gehen, ist eine virtuelle Besichtigung natürlich auch möglich!
Das genaue Auszugsdatum kann ich leider noch nicht ganz sagen, wird aber rund um den September sein - aber ob Anfang, Mitte, Ende weiß ich noch nicht! Wir finden aber sicher eine Lösung sollte dann das endgültige Datum nicht mit deinen Needs zusammen passen :)

The exact move-out date I can unfortunately not quite say yet, but will be around September - but whether beginning, middle, end I do not know yet! But we will certainly find a solution should then the final date does not fit with your Needs together :)
