Da ich für ein Jahr ins Ausland gehe, suche ich für die Zeit zwischen August 2023 - September 2024 jemanden, der mein Zimmer übernimmt.

Das Zimmer ist mit 26m² sehr groß und bietet viel Platz für Pflanzen, Home-workouts, zusätzliche Möbel oder andere Hobbies. Ausgestattet mit Bett, Nachtkästchen, zwei Kommoden, großem Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, ausziehbarem Schlafsofa und Tischfußballtisch (auch als Kleider-/Rucksackständer verwendbar ;)) Zudem kannst du bei Bedarf gerne auch mein Fahrrad verwenden!
Wohnung:
Voll möblierte Küche mit Elektroherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Heißluftfritteuse, Moka. Jegliche Kochutensilien sowie Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden.
Bad mit Duschbadewanne und Waschmaschine, Föhn vorhanden. Kleines Bad mit Toilette getrennt.
Garderobe, Schuhablage und hoch montierte Klimmzugstange im Gang ;)

Since I am going abroad for a year, I am looking for someone to take over my room for the period between August 2023 - September 2024.
Your room:
The room is very big with 26m² and offers a lot of space for plants, home-workouts, additional furniture or other hobbies. Equipped with bed, nightstand, two chests of drawers, large desk, office chair, pull-out sofa bed and kicker table (can also be used as a clothes/backpack rack ;)). In addition, you are welcome to use my bike if needed.
Apartment:
Fully furnished kitchen with electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, hot air fryer, moka. Any cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery available.
Wardrobe as well as shoe storage and pull-up bar in the hallway ;)
WG in Münzgrabenstraße, Stadtteil Jakomini, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Campus Neue Technik. Alle Universitäten (Karl Franzens, TU, MedUni) bequem mit dem Fahrrad oder Öffis zu erreichen.
Straßenbahn in 1min Fußweg zu erreichen.
Shared flat in Münzgrabenstraße, Jakomini, in the immediate vicinity of Campus Neue Technik. All universities (Karl Franzens, TU, MedUni) easily accessible by bike or public transport. Public transport at 1min walking distance.
Wir leben zu 4. in unserer WG. Alle haben getrennte Zimmer, wir verbringen unsere Freizeit und Lernpausen aber auch gerne gemeinsam. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Fabian, 26, Informatikstudent, Karin, 24, BWL-Studentin, und Luisina, 23, Molbiostudentin. Wir gehen als WG und mit Freunden gerne in den Park, spielen Spikeball, nehmen an Pubquiz teil, machen Spieleabende, gehen feiern, kochen und essen häufig gemeinsam.
There are 4 people living in our shared apartment. All have separate rooms, but we also like to spend our free time and study breaks together. Your future roommates are Fabian, 26, computer science student, Karin, 24, business administration student, and Luisina, 23, molecular biology student. We like to go to the park, play spikeball, take part in pub quizzes, have game nights, go partying, cook and eat together often.
Miete 440€ inklusive Strom, Heizung, WLAN, Benutzung aller Möbel im Zimmer und meines Fahrrades.
