Es handelt sich um ein ca. 21 m² großes Zimmer in einer möblierten Dachgeschosswohnung in zentraler Lage im 4. Stock mit Innenhof, Garten und Lift in der Nähe des Josef-Kaiser-Platzes, Postleitzahl 8010, 5 Gehminuten vom Jakominiplatz entfernt. Das Zimmer ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und hat ein Fenster, ein Bett, einen klassischen Holzschrank, einen weiteren Schrank, einen Nachttisch, eine Kommode, einen Spiegel und einen Ecktisch. Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne, einen Geschirrspüler und Haustiere sind erlaubt.
Ausstattung der Wohnung:
- Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Ceranfeld und Backofen, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, diverses Geschirr, etc. vorhanden

Hello, my flatmate and I would like to rent out a room in our flat. The rent would be 440€ warm. It is an approx. 21 m² room in a furnished attic flat in a central location on the 4th floor with a courtyard, garden and lift near Josef-Kaiser-Platz, postcode 8010, 5 minutes walk from Jakominiplatz. The room faces south and has a window, a bed, a classic wooden wardrobe, another wardrobe, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, a mirror and a corner table. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, a dishwasher and pets are allowed.
Flat facilities:
- Kitchen with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, various dishes, etc. available.

The flat is centrally located in a very quiet side street near Josef-Kaiser-Platz towards the inner courtyard. 5 minutes walk to Jakominiplatz, where you can find everything. 2 minutes to public transport and farmers' market.
Wir sind beide berufstätig. Rok ist aus Slovenia, 36 Jahre alt, und arbeitet in einem Supermarkt. Ich bin aus Griechenland, 28 Jahre alt, und ich mache flexible Jobs in der Gastronomie usw. und ich mache meine Tennistrainerlizenzen in Österreich. Wir sprechen beide Deutsch. Wir hängen abends oder an arbeitsfreien Tagen in meinem oder seinem Zimmer ab oder machen etwas draußen, aber jeder ist frei, allein zu sein. Wir sind beide ruhig und leben in Ordnung.

We are both employed. Rok is from Slovenia, 36 years old, and works in a supermarket. I am from Greece, 28 years old, and I do flexible jobs in catering etc. and I am doing my tennis coaching licences in Austria. We both speak German. We hang out in my or his room in the evenings or on non-working days or do something outside, but everyone is free to be alone. We are both quiet and live in order.
