Für die Zeit von Ende Februar bis Juli/August sucht unsere entspannte 4er WG einen neuen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin, da ich für ein Auslandssemester ausziehen werde.
Das Zimmer ist mit 12 qm klein aber fein! Das Fenster geht Richtung Norden (was im Sommer sehr praktisch sein kann) wo man einen tollen Ausblick aus dem sechsten Stock (mit Lift) auf das Grazer Bergland hat. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Glasschreibtisch, ein sehr großes Bett (220 cm) sowie ein Schrank mit Kleiderstange, der dir für die Zeit zur Verfügung steht.
Die Wohnung selbst hat eine Küche, ein modernes Bad mit seperatem WC und auch einen Balkon. Dieser ist zwar im Zimmer von Andreas, aber wir nutzen ihn trotzdem gerne gemeinsam. Sonst haben wir noch eine Garage und es gibt einen Dachboden über uns zum Wäschetrocknen.

For the period from the end of February to July/August, our relaxed 4-person flat share is looking for a new flatmate, as I will be moving out for a semester abroad.
The room is small but nice at 12 square metres! The window faces north (which can be very practical in summer) where you have a great view of the Graz mountains from the sixth floor (with lift). The room has a glass desk, a very large bed (220 cm) and a wardrobe with clothes rail, which you can use for the duration of your stay.
The flat itself has a kitchen, a modern bathroom with separate WC and a balcony. This is in Andreas' room, but we still like to use it together. We also have a garage and a loft above us for drying laundry.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Dr.-Robert-Sieger Straße direkt neben der TU Inffeldgasse bei der Bim-Station Schulzentrum St. Peter. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es viele Supermärkte und auch die Innenstadt oder das Univiertel sind mit dem Rad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft und ist in der
Nähe von einigen Parks wie dem ORF-Park:)

The flat is located in Dr.-Robert-Sieger Straße right next to the TU Inffeldgasse near the Schulzentrum St. Peter tram station. There are many supermarkets just around the corner and the city centre or the university district can be reached by bike in 10 minutes. The flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is close to
close to several parks such as the ORF Park :)
In der WG leben: Andreas (27) studiert momentan Maschinenbau und arbeitet nebenher als Werkstudent, Alex (27) arbeitet zurzeit am Grazer Flughafen und möchte Pilot werden, Richard (24) hat hier seinen Master in Biochemie gemacht und fängt jetzt bei einem Start-up an. Insgesamt sind wir eine gemischte WG aus Studenten und Berufstätigen, fühlen uns aber eher noch wie eine Studenten-WG:)
Unser WG Leben ist ein sehr entspanntes und freundschaftliches Miteinander. Wir verbringen gerne gemeinsam Zeit in der Küche um zu reden gemeinsam zu kochen oder im Zimmer von Andreas einen Film zu schauen und gelegentliche WG Partys dürfen dabei auch nicht fehlen. Also sind wir definitv keine Zweck-WG, teilen uns auch gerne mal Essen und schaffen es auch zusammen sehr gut unsere Wohnung sauber zu halten.

Living in the flat: Andreas (27) is currently studying mechanical engineering and works part-time as a student trainee, Alex (27) currently works at Graz Airport and wants to become a pilot, Richard (24) did his Master's in biochemistry here and is now starting at a start-up. All in all, we are a mixed flat share of students and professionals, but we still feel more like a students' flat :)
Our flat share life is very relaxed and friendly. We like to spend time together in the kitchen to talk, cook together or watch a film in Andreas' room and from time to time little partys as well;) So we are definitely not a functional flat share, we also like to share meals and manage to keep our flat clean very well together.
Die Miete beträgt 335 Euro und ist inklusive Wasser, Strom, Heizung, WLAN und GIS Gebühr. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Balkonmöbel, Staubsauger und einem extra Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Die Kaution für die Zeit beträgt 200 Euro.

The rent is 335 euros and includes water, electricity, heating, WLAN and GIS fee. The flat is well equipped with washing machine, balcony furniture, hoover and an extra fridge and freezer. The deposit for the period is 200 euros.
