Ich vermiete mein 14 m² großes Zimmer in einer 4er WG (Altbau) für €270,- warm (Strom, Heizung, WLAN, Kabel-TV,…inkl.) .Kaution beträgt 300€.
Das Zimmer kann mit oder ohne Möbel abgelöst werden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Brockmanngasse - 5 min Fußweg zur TU, 6 min zu Dietrichsteinplatz und Jakominiplatz (zentraler Umsteigepunkt für sämtliche öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel). Wenn Interesse besteht kann mein Rad für €90,- (Preis ist verhandelbar) übernommen werden. Damit schafft man es in 10 min auch zur KF und ins Univiertel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in direkter Umgebung.
Die Wohnung selbst ist ca. 90m² groß und besteht aus vier getrennt begehbaren Zimmern, Bad, Küche, Vorraum und einem kleinen Balkon. Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine und alles was man sonst noch braucht ist vorhanden.
