Ich bin von Juli bis September 2007 auf Praktikum im Ausland und suche einen verlässlichen Zwischenmieter, bei Miete und Kaution kann man eventuell noch etwas machen, ein gültiger Mietsvertrag muss unterschrieben werden da ich alle Einrichtungsgegengstände (LCDTV, Dolby surroundanlage etc,) in der Wohnung lasse, Internet(DSL) ist bereits dabei, man kann sich die Wohnung auch gerne mal anschauen. Mein WG kollge Oliver ist im Sommer auch fast nicht da, also man hat dann praktisch die ganze Wohnung (82 m^2) , für sich alleine.
Sonst noch als Info:
Wohnung hat 82 m2
du würdest in einem 20 m2 großen Zimmer schlafen
Bett und Rest bleibt alles
es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer
auch ein Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden
Also melde dich wenn du für den Sommer 2007 eine Wohnung in Graz suchst.
