Dein 14m² großes, ruhiges Zimmer befindet sich im 3.Stock (mit Lift) einer gemütlichen 125m² großen Altbauwohnung. Es hat ein schönes Altbaufenster zum Innenhof (Südseite) und gut erhaltenen Parkettboden. Es gibt eine gemütliche Küche, die als Treffpunkt in der WG dient und an der Anschluss zu einem kleinen, aber feinen Balkon ist. Zusätzlich zum Badezimmer gibt es eine extra Toilette und im Innenhof ist Platz für dein Fahrrad.

Your room has 14 sqm and is fully furnished. The apartment is in the third floor and covers all in all 125 sqm with a large kitchen, which functions as a meeting point for the housemates. The Flat also includes a bathroom, toilet (separate) and a small balcony. The available space is fully furnished and there is space in the patio for a bike.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Grazbachgasse, in der Nähe des Dietrichsteinplatzes. Somit sind alle Öffis, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars,Restaurants, Markt oder 24h Kebapläden sehr gut und schnell zu Fuß (2 min.) erreichbar. Auch die Universitäten sind mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar (KFU- 7 min; TU-5min.; Kunstuni-7min.).

The apartment is central located in the Grazbachgasse and is close to public transport (2 minutes walk). All important shops and supermarket as well as bakeries, cafés, restaurants, bars and 24h Kebap are located in walking distance. It takes you 5 minutes to get to the city center by foot and 7 min by bike to the University (KFU- 7 min; TU-5min. , University of Arts-7min.).

Mein schönes Zimmer (möbliert) in meiner geliebten WG ist ab September bis Anfang Dezember zu vergeben. Der Zeitraum ist nach Absprache auch noch etwas flexibel.Dich erwartet in der WG eine bunte Mischung aus sehr lieben Mitbewohner*Innen. Sie sind alle gesellige und unkomplizierte Menschen. Ein kurzer Tratsch in der Küche oder ein Kaffe/ Bierchen auf dem Balkon ergibt sich oft.

My beautiful room (furnished) in my beloved WG is available for September, October and November. The period is still somewhat flexible.You can expect in the flat a mix of very dear roommates. They are all sociable and uncomplicated people. A short chat in the kitchen or a coffee / beer on the balcony often arises.
