Perfect location in less than 10 minutes from the TU Graz Campus Inffeld. Very close to the Bim, Bus and Train stations + there is a Gas station in 8 minutes walk with the shop working 24/7!
You will live with the best roommates ever - Marco and Petja. Marco studying sound engineering and Petja - architecture. Both are super relaxed, friendly and open for a great chat while cooking food or hanging out in the kitchen.
I am moving out at the end of March. And since currently, I am not in Graz, let's first meet online. I will answer any questions you have about the place and the rent. Afterward, we can arrange a visit so that you see the room and the apartment!
