Das Zimmer ist im 3. Stock in eines schönen ausgebauten Altbaus. Es hat einen schönen Ausblick nach Osten und über die Mur. Es ist nicht mega groß aber hat genug platz zum ausruhen und einen Schreibtisch mit einem Monitor, man kann sehr leicht von zu Hause arbeiten. Das bleibt das Zimmer relativ kühl wenn man die Läden bei heißer Sonne zumacht. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Ventilator.
The room is in the 3rd floor of a beautiful Altbau. It has a beautiful view towards the east and over the Mur. It's not super big but there's enough space to relax and a desk with a monitor so you could easily work from home. Closing the outdoor shutters keeps the room cool on hot days when the afternoon sun gets hot. There is also a small fan.
Die Lage der WG ist super zentral! Der Augarten zum in der Sonne liegen ist ca. 8 Gehminuten entfernt und am Jakominiplatz ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Ein Spar ist direkt um die Ecke und der Hofer beim Augarten ist auch schnell erreicht. Der Murradweg ist auch direkt erreichbar.
Sowohl die KF, FH, KUG und TU/Inffeldgasse sind in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Rad erreichbar.
The location of the flat is very central! The Augarten park is only about 8 minutes by foot and Jakominiplatz is about 5 minutes. A Spar supermarket is around the corner and the Hofer close to Augarten is also close. The bike path at the Mur river basically starts in front of our door.
The most campuses of KF, FH, KUG, MedUni and TU/Inffeldgasse are reached within 15 minutes by bike.
Das Zusammenwohnen ist sehr unkompliziert, in der Küche kommen wir gerne zusammen und quatschen während dem Essen, jetzt wieder öfter kommen Freunde für Spieleabende vorbei. Wenn man seine Ruhe haben mag, ist keine/r böse, wenn man sich in seinem Zimmer verkrümelt.
Es geht sehr entspannt zu und wird nie langweilig :)
In der WG werden wohnen:
Sülwer (33) studiert neben der Arbeit und seinen Projekten einen USW-Master im Bereich Forstwirtschaft. Er ist musikalisch und spiel Cello und Klavier. In der Küche probiert er gerne neue Gerichte aus allen Teilen der Welt aus und im Sommer trifft man ihm beim Spikeball spielen im Park.
Shiri (29) zieht im August neu ein und studiert an der KUG Komposition und Dirigieren. Sie singt gerne, mag Tiere und singt gerne über Tiere.Außerdem ist sie immer für eine Tanzparty in der Küche zu haben.
Nora (Ich, 24) zieht leider im August schweren Herzens aus Graz und der WG weg, da sie eine Lehrstelle zum Orgelbauer angenommen hat.
Living together is uncomplicated, we casually meet in the kitchen and chat while eating, now more often friends come over again for game nights. If someone needs their privacy and want to relax nobody is offended if they close their door behind them. It's very relaxed and never gets boring :)
You will share the flat with:
Sülwer (33) is writing his master thesis in environmental system sciences while working. He is also musical and plays cello and piano. In the kitchen he likes to try new recipes from every part of the world and in the summer will find him playing spikeball in the park.
Shiri (29) will move in in August as well and studies composition and conducting at the KUG. She likes to sing, likes animals and likes to sing about animals. She also always up for a dancing party in the kitchen.
Nora (24) will move away from Graz in August to start an organ building apprenticeship.
Die Miete ist €335 (inklusiv alles) aber ich habe es als €250 gestellt weil ich wirklich gern eine/n Zwischenmieter/in haben würde. Von daher bin ich ein bisschen flexibel mit dem Preis.
The rent is €335 (everything included) but I put it at €250 because I'd really like to find someone. So I'm a little bit flexible on the price :)
