Da ich in den Wintermonaten im Ausland sein werde, biete ich mein schönes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an. Es handelt sich dabei um ein ca. 15m^2 großes Zimmer in einer WG. Das Zimmer bleibt, so wie auf den Fotos, bemöbelt.
Hinsichtlich des Ein- und Auszuges bin ich flexibel.
Because I will be abroad in the winter months, I offer my lovely room for interim rent. It is a room of about 15m^2 in a shared apartment. The room remains furnished as shown in the photos.
Regarding the move in and move out I am flexible.
Die Wohngemeinschaft liegt super Zentral zwischen dem Grazer Finanzamt und dem Grazer Augarten. Trotz der zentralen Lage der Wohnung, ist nahezu kein Straßenlärm wahrzunehmen, da sie liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die nächste Haltestelle ist nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt und auch der Grazer Jakominiplatz ist in unter 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Auch die Universitäten (Hauptuniversität Karl-Franzens, Technische Universität) sind mit den innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.
The shared apartment is super centrally located between the Graz tax office and the Augarten. Despite the central location of the apartment, almost no street noise is noticeable, as it is located in a very quiet side street. The nearest bus stop is only a two-minute walk away and also the Jakominiplatz in Graz can be reached in under 10 minutes.
Also the universities (Main University Karl-Franzens, Technical University) can be reached with the within a few minutes.
Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit Bernadette (26 Jahre, Friseurin) und Elena (25, Studentin der sozialen Arbeit) teilen. Beide sind super liebe und offene Menschen.
You will share the apartment with Bernadette (26, hairdresser) and Elena (25, social work student). Both are super nice and open people.

sie besteht aus drei Schlafzimmern, einem Badezimmer (Waschmaschine, Dusche), großem Flur, separates Klo, einer Wohn-Essküche, Speisekammer sowie einen kleinen aber feinen Balkon.

it consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom (washing machine, shower), large hallway, separate toilet, a living-dining kitchen, pantry and a small but fine balcony.
