Das sehr großzügige Zimmer ist 25 m2 groß und alle Möbel, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind bleiben für die Zeit der Zwischenmiete im Zimmer und können benutzt werden. Die Wohnung besteht aus dem Flur, einer tollen Küche inkl. Geschirrspüler, einem Bad mit Waschmaschine, die mitgenutzt werden kann und einem getrennten WC. Die Miete beträgt inkl. Betriebskosten, Heizkosten, Strom und Internet 480€. Die Kaution beträgt Ein- und Auszugsdatum sind flexibel und können wir uns gerne ausmachen, wie es für dich passt!
The spacious room is 25 m2 and all the furniture will stay there and can be used :) There is a big hallway, a great kitchen incl. dishwasher, a bathroom with washing machine, which can be used and a separate toilet. The rent is 480€ incl. operating costs, heating costs, electricity and internet. The deposit is 800€. Flexible move-in and move-out date.
Die Lage ist perfekt für Studierende. Das Stadtzentrum, Lokale und Bars sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich recht am Anfang der Elisabethstraße (nähe Stadtpark), die nächste Bimhaltestelle (Lichtenfelsgasse oder Maiffredygasse) und Bushaltestellen sind in etwa 2-5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Der nächste Spar is innerhalb von 4 Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur Karl-Franzens-Universität braucht man zu Fuß auch nur 5 Minuten und mit dem Rad ist man in etwa 5-7 Minutenbei der Neuen Technik.
The location is perfect for students. The city center, pubs and bars are all within walking distance. The apartment is located right at the beginning of Elisabethstraße (near Stadtpark), the nearest bim stop (Lichtenfelsgasse or Maiffredygasse) and bus stops are about 2-5 minutes walk from the apartment. The nearest Spar (grocery store) is within 4 minutes walking distance. The Karl-Franzens-University is only 5 minutes away by foot and the Neue Technik is only 5-7 minutes away by bike.
Deine WG-Mitbewohner*innen wären Janine, Magdalena und Kevin, alle drei sind Studierende. Das WG Leben ist sehr entspannt. Man kann gemeinsam etwas unternehmen, hat aber durch die Größe der WG auch leicht seine Ruhe und kann sich zurückziehen.
Your flatmates would be Janine, Magdalena and Kevin, all three are students. Life in the flat is very relaxed. You can do some things together, but because of the size of the flat you can also have some peace and quiet.
