Suchst du eine Wohnung mit Urlaubsfeeling? Dann bist du hier genau richtig!
Für unsere WG suchen wir ab November ein:e Nachmieter:in. Dein Schlafzimmer ist bereits möbliert; diese Möbel wären nach Möglichkeit bitte abzulösen. Zudem bietet die Wohnung zwei Balkone mit top Aussicht auf die Stadt und eine Küche mit Loggia für WG Abende. Ein weiterer Vorteil der Wohnung ist, dass Klo und Badezimmer (mit Waschmaschine) getrennt sind.
Das Haus hat zudem einen Lift, einen Fahrradabstellraum und natürlich ein Kellerabteil. Für Studierende unbezahlbar ist auch die Lage, direkt im Univiertel (Partyviertel ;) ) und in der Nähe von den Universitäten, aber ohne störenden Partylärm. Nennenswert ist auch unser Parkplatz für ein Fahrzeug direkt vor dem Block.

Are you looking for an apartment with a vacation feeling? Then you found it right now!
We are looking for a new roomie from november. Your bedroom is large and well furnished. The furniture should be bought. In addition, the apartment offers two balconies with a great view of the city and a kitchen with loggia for WG evenings. Another advantage of the apartment is that the toilet and bathroom are separate.
The house also has an elevator, a bicycle storage room and a basement for storage. The location is perfect for students since it is directly in the Univiertel (party quarter ;) ) and close to the universities, however no bothering noises. Worth mentioning is also our parking space for a car directly in front of the block.

Unser WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt, harmonisch und gemeinschaftlich. Der Berliner Lasse (21) studiert Schauspiel, Raphi (26) aus Nähe Stuttgart studiert Erziehungs- und Bildungswissenschaften & die Sprachwissenschaftsstudentin Mechi (26) kommt aus dem Salzburger Land und hat als weiteres WG-Mitglied ihre Pflanzen. Wir veranstalten gerne Spiele-, Koch- und Feierabende, sowohl im großen als auch im kleinen Kreis. Auch sind gemeinsame Ausflüge bei uns keine Seltenheit. Jedoch kann man sich bei uns auch in sein Zimmer zurückziehen und Zeit alleine genießen.
ENGLISH:
Our WG life is very relaxed, harmonious and fun. Lasse (21) from Berlin studies acting, Raphi (26) who comes from near Stuttgart studies educational science & linguistics student Mechi (26) comes from the countryside of Salzburg and has her plants as another WG member. We like to organize games-, cooking- and party evenings, both, big and small. Also, joint excursions are not uncommon with us. Thus, we like spending time together but you can also relax in your room and enjoy time alone.
DEUTSCH:
Trotz stressiger Studienphasen besteht Dank unserer tollen Lage und Aussicht gelassene Urlaubsstimmung. Das Einzige, was fehlt, bist du!
In den Nebenkosten ist alles, auch Wlan, inkludiert.
Du kannst die Möbel (Bett mit Decke, Kissen, Bettwäsche und Nachttisch, Schrank und Wäschekorb, Schreibtisch und -stuhl Stuhl, Sofatisch und Sofa & Ventilator) für nur 450€ in deinem zukünftigen Schlafzimmer ablösen, sodass du nicht nach passendem Mobiliar suchen musst.

You can buy the furniture (bed, blanket, pillows, sheets and night table, wardrobe and laundary basket, desk and chair, sofa and tea table & fan) in your future bedroom for only 450€ so you do not have to search for suitable furniture.
Everything is included in the service charges, including wifi.
