Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen "auswandere", muss ich leider meine geliebte WG verlassen. Das Zimmer hat ca 24qm und ist ostseitig in Richtung Leonhardstraße ausgerichtet. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert - Ablöse nach Absprache. Da ich relativ viel hier an Möbeln lassen möchte, finden wir sicherlich preislich eine faire Lösung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock einer traumhaften Altbau Wohnung. Sie verfügt über 2 Balkone (einen großen und einen kleinen), ein großes Bad mit Eckbadewanne, extra WC und einen großen Wohn- und Küchenbereich (mit 2 Kühlschränken, Geschirrspüler und jede Menge Stauraum).

Sadly Andrzej is leaving Austria so his room is going to be free. The room has around 23 sqm and is east facing towards Leonhardstraße. The room is fully furnished and there will be a deposit according to the arrangement or no furniture.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful old building apartment. It has 2 balconies (one large and one small), a large a small one), a large bathroom with corner bath, extra toilet and a large living and kitchen area (with 2 refrigerators, dishwasher and lots of storage space).
Direkt vor der Haustüre gibt es eine Bim-Station (Linie 1 und 7), in 10 Minuten ist man im Stadtpark und auf der Uni. In wenigen Minuten ist man beim Leonhardbach oder beim Hilmteich, wo es sich gut laufen bzw. spazieren lässt.

Directly in front of the house there is a Bim-station (line 1 and 7), in 10 minutes you are in the city park and on the university. In a few minutes you can reach the Leonhardbach or the Hilmteich, where it is good to walk.
Wir wohnen zu viert in der WG. Es ist eine gemütliche Runde aus gemeinsamen Koch- oder Spieleabenden oder sonstigen Unternehmungen, je nach dem, wie es sich ergibt. Besonders im Sommer lädt der große Balkon zu geselligen Abenden ein. Es kann natürlich auch jeder jederzeit seine Ruhe genießen.
Sara arbeitet an der Universität, Moritz ist Student auf der technischen Universität und Janne macht ihr PhD - alle drei super freundliche, unkomplizierte und rücksichtsvolle und liebenswerte WG-Kollegen/Kolleginnen.

Four of us live in the shared apartment. It is a cozy round from common cooking or game evenings or other undertakings, depending on how it turns out. Especially in summer, the large balcony invites you to social evenings. Of course, everyone can also enjoy their peace and quiet at any time.
Sara is working at the university, Moritz is a student at the technical university and Janne a PhD student- all three are super friendly, uncomplicated and considerate flatmates/colleagues.
Das Zimmer würde ich gerne vollmöbliert bzw. teilmöbliert abgeben. Da es mir wichtiger ist alle Möbel unkompliziert loszuwerden, finden wir sicherlich preislich eine faire Lösung. Die Katzen werden (leider) mitausziehen.

I would like to offer the room fully furnished or partially furnished. Since it's more important for me to get rid of all the furniture, we will certainly find a fair solution price-wise. The cats will (unfortunately) move out as well.
