Dear friends, i'm moving to an other WG here in Graz, so i'm informing you that my current room will be available from the 17th of june.
address is Merangasse 21 (between elisabethstrasse and leonhardstrasse - so it's univiertel)
deposit is 600 EUR
monthly cost is 290 EUR - all incusive
5th floor (with an unbreakable elevator :) )
room size ~20 m2
alltogether 4 rooms (so you'd have three very nice flatmates)
Merangasse 21 (between elisabethstrasse and leonhardstrasse - so it's univiertel) Tram lines 1 and 7
Well, all together there are three very, very, very nice people, two guys and a girl (i said 'very' three times for each of them and of course because i have to fill the quota of 150 words... he he he)
They are flexible, easy going, very friendly, tidy... they don't party often, in fact very rare, they're quiet, they go early to sleep.
