DIe Wohnung befindet sich im 2.Stock, die Eingangstür ist über den Balkon erreichbar. gleich im Vorraum befindet sich ein separates WC, über die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind dann die einzelnen Zimmer und das Badezimmer erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit jedem Fenster Richtung Innenhof ausgerichtet, daher ist der Straßenlärm nicht zu hören. Die Küche und das Badezimmer selbst überzeugen mit ihrer Größe.

Room available in shared-flat for four people at June, roomsize 20m², address Leonhardtstraße 3, top location for students, the flat lies right next to the university of music and art and the old campus of the TU is around the corner, also you can reach the Karl-Franzens university in under 10 minutes. Adding to that, bus and tram stations are just a stone throw away as likewise the bakery, a grocery store and the city park. The flat is seperated as followed: balcony, hallway, toilet, BIG kitchen, living room, BIG bathroom (with bathtub and washing machine), the room is positioned with view at the inner courtyard (no traffic noises).
Top Lage für Studenten, direkt neben der Kunstuniversität, die Alte Technik liegt gleich nebenan und die Karl-Franzens-Uni ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bus und BIM Andbindungen gleich vor der Tür sowie SPAR;, Bäcker und der Stadtpark sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich übrigens auch eine Cocktail bar.
Du würdest mit 2 super netten Kunststudentinnen aus Japan und einem Berufstätigen Chinesen zusammenwohnen, gemeinsanme aktivitäten sind nicht wirklich vorhanden aber auch nicht unbedingt verpönt.
Ich bin Grundsätzlich von Montag bis Freitag zu jeder christlichen Stunde erreichbar. Bin bei Uhrzeit und Datum für den Besichtigungstermin bei rechtzeitiger Benachrichtigun (via sms) recht flexibel.
