Weil ich auf ein Auslandssemester gehe vermiete ich von Jänner 2020 bis September 2020 (Länge verhandelbar) mein Zimmer in der Uhlandgasse.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 25m² und ist komplett eingerichtet (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Computerbildschirm und Ausziehsofa). Die Wohnung (ca. 100m²) wurde letztes Jahr komplett frisch renoviert und ist top ausgestattet (viele Küchenmaschinen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine etc.).
Zusätzlich hat die Wohnung noch einen großen Balkon in den Innenhof (siehe Fotos).
Miete inkludiert Internet!
Room for rent in the Uhlandgasse, 8010 Graz. Ideal for Erasmus, Internships etc.
I am renting out my room from January 2019 to September 2020 (duration negotiable) because of me going abroad. The room has about 25m² and is fully furnished (bed, closet, desk, pull-out couch, computer monitor).
The flat is about 100m² total, newly renovated and is very well equipped with everything needed (kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine etc) and has a nice, big balcony with a great view (see photos) :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe von der neuen Technik (3 Gehminuten) und in der Nähe der KF (15 Gehmin/ 5min mit dem Fahrrad). Die Bimstation (Mandellstraße) befindet sich in ca. 4 Gehminuten und die Innenstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad, zu Fuß oder mit der Bim auch sehr schnell zu erreichen. Insgesamt ist die Lage sehr ruhig und trotzdem gut angeschlossen.
The flat is about 3 minutes on foot away from the Petersgasse (University of Technology New Campus) and about 15 minutes away from the University of Graz. There is a tram stop about 4 minutes away and the downtown area is also easily accessible by foot, bike or public transport.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Marie (21 J, studiert Jus) und Magdalena (21 J, studiert Lehramt Musik und Englisch).
There are two roommates: Marie (21 yrs, studying law) and Magdalena (21yrs, studying to become a music and English teacher).
