The room has 30 m2 of space with a lot of light and it is directly connected with the balcony facing the inner garden of the building. You wouldn't have to think about the furniture, because this WG has everything you need:
Fully furnished room, kitchen, and common space. Toilet and Bathroom are separated.
All included monthly costs are 390 euros which include: rent, heating, electricity, internet, insurance, parking lot, and use of swimming pool and sauna once a week)
All the furniture from the room and few extra pieces you can get for 600 euros.
Deposit: 800 euros.
There is no provision for this room and upon moving in, you would sign the contract with the landlord.
The building (built in the 1970s) is very close to many Supermarkets in Plüddemanngasse. Very close you can also find the farmer's market next to Eisteich park. On the top of the neighboring building, there is a wonderful terrasse, swimming pool, and sauna. Bellow the building, there is a small cellar. Very nice location and interconnection with the city, together with "little spa" and a view from the terrasse makes this building very attractive for tenants.

Very close shops: Hofer (1 min), DM (1 min), Spar (2 min), Billa (3 min), Lidl, Denn's Biomarkt, Libro

Toni (21) and Bogdan (27) are very friendly, tolerant, and considerate guys. In this WG, we like to organize evenings together including cooking, beer, or just going out. The rules of the house are mostly based on respecting each other's privacy and keeping the place clean. Usually, we are cleaning the whole flat once a week. Toni is a student, while Bogdan works as a programmer.
The atmosphere in the flat is very chill and we would like to have a friendly and flexible flatmate. We have very good communication about everything between us and with our landlord. She is helping us if we have any problems.
