Habitación
Unsere 4er WG sucht eine/n vierte/n Mitbewohner/in. Wir (1Mädel und 2 Burschen von 24 bis 29) freuen uns auf jemanden, der keine Zweck-WG sondern Gemeinschaft sucht und einen gewissen Anspruch an Sauberkeit hat. Auch wäre es schön, wenn du ungefähr in unserem Alter bist :) .
Das vermietete Zimmer ist 23m2, hat Zugang zum Balkon, ist hell und schön ruhig, da es hofseitig liegt. Wir haben eine recht große Küche (ca 20m2), eine Dusche und einen hofseitigen Balkon.
Lage: Leonhardstraße bei der Reiterkaserne. Straßenbahn Linien 1 und 7, Bus 64 vor der Tür; 4min entfernt ist Bus 63. Max 10min Fußweg zu allen Unis. Spar ist 100m entfernt.
