Da wir alle 3 ab August (Einzug auch früher oder später möglich) ins Ausland gehen, suchen wir für diese Zeit Zwischenmieter/innen für unsere 3 Zimmer (20 m2, 18 m2 ,16 m2 ) im Leonhardgürtel (8010)!
Die Zimmer verfügen über jeweils 20, 18 und 16 m2 und alle verfügen über ein Bett(1,40 m) mit Nachtkästchen, Regalen, Kommoden, Kleiderständern und einem Schreibtisch mit -stuhl. Diese Möbel könnten gerne alle benutzt werden.
Die Wohnung hat 95m2 und besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern, Bad, Küche (mit Geschirrspüler), langem Vorraum, Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine und einem weiteren Abstellraum. Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen Balkon, ein Kellerabteil und einen Gemeinschaftsgarten.
Since we are going abroad for the next semester (August until December 2022), we are looking for interim tenants for 3 rooms in our apartment in Leonhardgürtel (8010) for this time!
The rooms are 20, 18 and 16 m2 respectively and all have a bed (1.40 m) with bedside tables, shelves, chests of drawers, clothes racks and a desk with chair. All of this furniture could be used.
The apartment has 95m2 and consists of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen (with dishwasher), long entrance room, storage room with washing machine and a further storage room. In addition, the apartment has a balcony, a cellar compartment, and a communal garden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigen Leonhardgürtel! (8010) Die WG ist nur kurz von den Universitäten entfernt:
- Karl-Franzens-Universität: 5 min (Rad), 13 min (zu Fuß)
- TU Graz (neue Technik): 5 min (Rad), 15 min (zu Fuß)
- TU Graz (alte Technik): 2 min (Rad), 8 min (zu Fuß)
- Kunstuniversität: 5 min (Rad), 10 min (zu Fuß)
Die naheliegendsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein Billa (5 min zu Fuß) und ein Spar (5 min zu Fuß), aber auch Lidl und Hofer sind in ca. 5-10 min mit dem Rad erreichbar.
The apartment is located in the quiet Leonhardgürtel (8010)! The shared flat is only a short distance from the universities of Graz away:
- Karl-Franzens-University: 5 min (by bike), 13 min (on foot).
- Technical University of Graz (new campus): 5 min (bike), 15 min (on foot)
- Technical University of Graz (old campus): 2 min (bike), 8 min (walk)
- University of Arts: 5 min (bike), 10 min (on foot)
The closest supermarkets are a Billa (5 min walk) and a Spar (5 min walk), but Lidl and Hofer can also be reached in about 5-10 min by bike.
Da wir alle 3 über den Zeitraum von Sommer bis Dezember nicht in der Wohnung sein werden, kann das Zusammenleben so gestaltet werden, wie man möchte. Auch bietet sich dies als gute Gelegenheit mit Freunden oder Bekannten zwischenzeitlich in der Wohnung zu wohnen.
Since all 3 of us will not be in the flat over the period from summer to December, living together can be arranged as one would like. This is also a good opportunity to stay in the flat with friends or acquaintances in the meantime.
Die Miete beträgt für die beiden größeren Zimmer jeweils 350 Euro und für das kleinere Zimmer 330 Euro. In diesem Preis enthalten sind die Kosten für Strom, Heizung, Internet und Haushaltsversicherung. Die Wohnung wäre zwischen 01.08.-30.12. verfügbar (beim Einzug sind wir aber flexibel)

The rent is 350 euros for each of the two larger rooms and 330 euros for the smaller room. This price includes the costs for electricity, heating, internet and household insurance. The flat would be available between 01.08.-30.12. (but we are flexible when it comes to moving in).
