Hi guys!
I am going to leave Graz for 6 months from July to the end of feburary, in this time, my room in a shared appartment is free to rent!
Some facts:
- really well located to almost all universitys, the city centre, a regional market and the tram station is directly in front of the door
- directly next to the Stadtpark (the parc, where most people are spending their time during sunny days)
- the flat in generall is very typical for a flat in Graz (old flat parquet fllooring, high ceillings)
- 22m2 + an extra room for clothes
- shared balcony with sun all day
The flat is really good located to almost all universitys
-KF Graz (5min by bike)
-TU Graz (3min by feet)
-the tram station "Maiffredygasse" is exactly in front of the door
- Supermarket (1min by feet)
-Stadtpark (1min by feet)
-Kaiser Josef Markt (regional market almost every day)(4min by feet)
At the moment we are not sure, who is going to live with us from July on. But my friend Laura will stay in the flat for sure, who is the base for building a nice, friendly and uncomplicated community!
