Liebe Wohnungssuchende!
Unsere 4er WG sucht ab Juni/Juli ein neues WG Mitglied. Wir suchen jemand der das knapp 20m² Zimmer (Zimmer 3B) im Herz-Jesu Viertel beziehen möchte. Die monatlichen Mietkosten (inklusive Heiz- und Betriebskosten) beziehen sich auch 412€ (hinzukommen ca. 10€ Internet, und ca. 30€ Strom). Gerne können wir auch mal einen Video Call vereinbaren, in dem wir dir die Wohnung und das Zimmer nochmal zeigen und wir uns kennen lernen können. Oder du kommst einfach mal vorbei :)
Zudem haben wir ein Kellerabteil, eine Küche mit großem Esstisch und Geschirrspüler, einen grün bepflanzten Balkon mit direkten Blick zur Herz-Jesu Kirche, ein sehr geräumiges Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und eingebauten Wandradio, ein separates WC mit Waschmaschine und einen großen Flur.
Die Wohnung wurde erst kürzlich saniert und kann in allen Räumen mit Bodenheizung beheizt werden.
Wir sind sehr unkompliziert, weder Putzfreaks noch Messies und pflegen ein ruhiges, gemütliches WG-Leben. Sehr gerne kochen (vegetarisch) und essen wir zusammen und obwohl wir uns gerne mal in der Küche oder am Balkon verquatschen, schätzen wir auch Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Außerdem genießen wir gerne gemeinsam die Natur, Kultur und Musik.
Wir sind:
Karin, Daniel, Elisa und Moritz. Moritz wird mit Juni ausziehen. Karin und Daniel mit Ende Juli/Anfang August. Elisa ist 23, studiert Global Studies mag Musik, kreatives Basteln und Sport.
Wie erwähnt werden mit ende Juli noch zwei Zimmer frei, wenn du also noch jemand kennst, können auch gerne mehr Zimmer übernommen werden.

Dear apartment seekers!
Our flat-sharing group of 4 is looking for a new flat-sharing member from June. We are looking for someone who would like to move into the 20m² room (room 3B) in the Herz-Jesu Viertel. The monthly rent (including heating and operating costs) is also 412€ (plus about 10€ internet, and about 30€ electricity). We can also arrange a video call, in which we can show you the apartment and the room again and we can get to know each other. Or you can just come by :)
In addition, we have a basement compartment, a kitchen with large dining table and dishwasher, a green planted balcony with direct view to the Sacred Heart Church, a very spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and built-in wall radio, a separate toilet with washing machine and a large hallway.
The apartment has been recently renovated and can be heated in all rooms with floor heating.
We are uncomplicated, neither cleaning freaks nor messies and maintain a quiet, cozy shared apartment life. We enjoy cooking (vegetarian) and eating together and although we like to chat in the kitchen or on the balcony, we also appreciate privacy and quietness. We also enjoy nature, culture and music together.
In the WG two rooms will be free with end of July, so if you know someone theadditional rooms can be rented too.
