Die große Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre eines schönen Altbauhauses. Das Zimmer hat 2 große Fenster, daher ist es den ganzen Tag hinweg hell. Das Zimmer könnte bei bedarf möbliert übergeben werden.
The large apartment is located on the raised first floor of a beautiful old building. The room has 2 large windows, therefore it is bright throughout the day. The room could be handed over furnished if needed.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben der wunderschönen Herz-Jesu-Kirche. Alte sowie neue Technik sind einen Katzensprung entfernt, und auch zur KF oder Inffeldgasse ist man zu Fuß weniger als 10 Minuten unterwegs. Spar, Billa, Apotheke sowie eine Bäckerei befinden sich ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke.
The apartment is located right next to the beautiful Sacred Heart Church. Old as well as New technology university are a stone's throw away, and also KF or Inffeldgasse is less than 10 minutes on foot. Spar, Billa, pharmacy as well as a bakery are also just around the corner.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Michi, Flo und Selina. Selina zieht ebenfalls frisch in die WG. Wenn wir zusammen was unternehmen trinken wir gerne den einen oder anderen Aperol-Spritzer auf den Stiegen der Herz-Jesu-Kirche, kochen gemeinsam, fahren ins Freibad oder machen einen Filmabend. Die großzügige Aufteilung der WG bietet aber auch jedem seinen eigenen Rückzugsort, in dem man dann von der restlichen WG nicht viel mitbekommt. Uns würde es sehr freuen wenn du dich aktiv ins WG-Leben einbringen würdest, vielleicht entdecken wir ja neue Aktivitäten die wir als WG zusammen machen können. :)
Your new flat mates would be Michi, Flo and Selina. Selina is also moving into the WG. When we do something together we like to drink one or the other Aperol spritzer on the stairs of the Herz-Jesu Church, cook together, go to the outdoor pool or watch a movie together. The spacious layout of the WG also offers everyone their own place of retreat, where you won't notice much of the rest of the WG. We would be very happy if you would get actively involved in the life of the WG, maybe we will discover new activities that we can do together as a WG. :)
