Since I'm doing an exchange semester next semester I would like to sublet my apartment during this summer / fall.
The apartment is shared between 4 people, it's 100 m² and it's composed by 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and a big balcony. The flat is also equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher and plenty of storage space.
LOCATION: The apartment is located next to Kaiser Josef Platz and Jakominiplatz and therefore perfectly situated between universities and city center. Within 5 min walking distance you can reach two supermarkets and all tram and bus lines. Stadtpark is 5 min and Augarten is 10 min away.
Technical University: 5 min walking distance (neue Technik, alte Technik)
University of Graz: 15 min walking distance
Arts University: 10 min walking distance
ROOM: The room is 17m², spacious and bright - especially during afternoon. It is furnished with a bed, bedside table, a desk and two wardrobes. If you want to you can use the current furniture!
LIFE: The apartment is students-friendly, and we also like to party once in a while. However one or two more people are possibly going to leave the apartment after the summer, so you will be able to influence the apartment mood the way you like :)

DEUTSCH:
Da ich nächstes Wintersemester auf Erasmus verbringen werde, wird mein Zimmer zwischen Juli und Dezember 2023 frei.
Es befindet sich in einer gemütlichen WG mit perfekter Lage, zwischen Kaiser Josef Platz, Dietrichsteinplatz und Jakomini.
Die 4er StudentenWG hat 100m² mit Küche, WC, Bad und einem großen Balkon Richtung Innenhof. Zudem haben wir Wasch- und Spülmaschine, sowie reichlich Abstellplatz.
ZIMMER: Das schöne altmodische Zimmer hat 17m² und ist vor allem nachmittags sehr hell. Ich würde meine aktuelle Einrichtung (Bett, Schreibtisch und Schränke) im Zimmer lassen, wenn du möchtest kannst auch du sie nutzen.
Die WG befindet sich direkt zwischen Kaiser Josef Platz und Dietrichsteinplatz, 5 min Fußweg zum Jakominiplatz.
Alle Öffis - Tram und Buslinien - sind in maximal 5 min Fußweg erreichbar (Stationen am Dietrichsteinplatz und KJ sind 2 min Fußweg).

Wir sind eine gemütliche und freundliche StudentenWG, die ab und zu auch mal kleine Partys feiern.
Allerdings könnten über Sommer noch ein bis zwei Bewohner ausziehen, was bedeutet dass du selbst stark beeinflussen kannst wie es hier nächstes Semester laufen wird :)
