Unsere Dreier-WG hat sich aufgelöst und die Wohnung steht wieder zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung eignet sich als zweier oder dreier WG.
Es sind drei Zimmer mit jeweils 21m^2, 20m^2 und 10m^2. Zudem gibt es Küche, Toilette und Bad.
Dein Zimmer ist in Richtung Süden ausgerichtet und du hast den ganzen Tga Sonne.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Küchentisch, Stühlen, Regalen und eine Spülmaschine gibt es auch :)
Im Bad ist ebenfalls eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist in guter und sauberer Verfassung, bei Sarnierungsvorschlägen ist der Vermieter offen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und bietet viel Raum zu gestalten.
Der Vermieter ist in der Firma nebenan gut erreichbar und sehr zuverlässig und entspannt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich nur wenige Minuten entfernt von Bim und Bus Stationen (z.B. Bim 6, Bus 64,66,63) entfernt. In der selben Straße gibt es auch einen Spar als Einkaufsgelegenheit. Der Lidl ist auch 8min fußläufig.
Die TU ist sehr nah und zu den anderen Universitäten gibt es direkte Busverbindungen.
Das Jazzinstitut ist gleich in der Straße und mit dem Rad ist man in wenigen Minuten an der KF.
The apartment is only a few minutes away from the Bim and bus stations (e.g. Bim 6, Bus 64,66,63). In the same street there is also a Spar as a shopping opportunity. Lidl is also an 8-minute walk away.
The TU is very close and there are direct bus connections to the other universities.
The jazz institute is right on the street and you can get to the KF in just a few minutes by bike.

Wie schon beschrieben hat sich unsere WG aufgelöst. Deswegen suchen wir eine oder mehrere Peronen, die Lust auf eine gut gelegene, helle und moderne Wohnung haben. Ob ihr Student seid oder arbeitet ist egal.
Zusammenkunftsort in der Wohnung ist die geräumige Küche, die zu entspannten Kochabenden einlädt. Auch das große Zimmer mit dem Ofen ist für die Wintermonate ein schöner Aufenthaltsraum.
As already described, our flat share has dissolved. That is why we are looking for one or more people who are interested in a well-located, bright and modern apartment. It doesn't matter whether you are a student or work.
The meeting place in the apartment is the spacious kitchen, which invites you to relaxed cooking evenings. The large room with the stove is also a nice lounge for the winter months.
