Wir suchen ein neues Mitglied für unser schönes, kreatives Haus!
Vermietet wird ein unkonventionelles Zimmer. Es handelt sich hierbei um einen umfunktionierten Weinkeller - rund, mit viel Stauraum, mit Hochbett, ruhigem Umfeld und konstanter Temperatur. Es gibt eine Fensterkoppel im Vorzimmer - das zu vermietende Zimmer ist eher zum Schlafen und Zurückziehen gedacht. Daher der billige Preis für dieses einzigartige Haus. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, sich seinen Arbeitsplatz im geräumigen Wohnzimmer einzurichten. (Es ist tagsüber relativ ruhig in unserem Haus) Das Wohnzimmer lädt auch gut zum Entspannen und zum Verweilen ein.
Das Viertel, in dem wir uns befinden, ist ruhig und hat keinen Verkehr, was das Gefühl vermittelt, außerhalb der Stadt zu sein.
Unsere WG ist eine mittelgroße Villa mit Sauna, einem Außenpool, einem Ökoteich, zwei stroh-bedeckten Pavillons, einem Palmenhaus, einem Garten und einer großen Überdachung, die zum Leben mit einsamen Bienen einlädt. Es handelt sich um einen Ex-Indoor-Pool mit verschiedenen Adaptionen der volkstümlichen afrikanischen Architektur, Hundertwasser und Exotik, der inspiriert und eine einzigartige Wohnatmosphäre schafft.

We are seeking a new member for our lovely, creative house!
We are renting out an unconventional room. It is a converted wine cellar - round, with lots of storage space, with loft bed, quiet environment and constant temperature. There is a window paddock in the anteroom - the room for rent is more for sleeping and retiring. Hence the cheap price for this unique house. There is the possibility to set up your workspace in the spacious living room. (It is relatively quiet in our house during the day) The living room is also a good place to relax and linger.
The district we are located in is calm and has no traffic at all, giving the feeling of being outside of the city.
Our WG is an average size villa with an outdoor pool, an ecosystem pond, two thatcher gazebos, a palmhouse, a garden and a large roof that invites you and solitary bees to live. It is an ex-indoor pool with various adaptations of vernacular African architecture, Hundertwasser and Exotism, that inspires and creates a unique living atmosphere.
Moserwaldweg liegt auf einer leichten Anhöhe, an der viele einzigartige Häuser aneinandergereiht sind. Um unser Haus zu erreichen, können Sie die Straßenbahn Nr. 6 nehmen und ca. 14 Minuten hinauflaufen. Oder Sie nehmen den Bus Nr. 60 und gehen von der Waltendorfer Hauptstraße hinunter. Sie können auch mit dem Fahrrad, dem Auto oder dem Moped fahren, wie es andere Bewohner tun. Wir haben eine eigene Garage und auch einen Parkplatz.
In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses befindet sich ein Wald, in dem kleine Wanderungen unternommen werden können. Der Unimarkt in der Waltendorfer Hauptstraße ist der nächstgelegene Supermarkt, und auch Billa, Spar, Hofer, DM in der Plüddemangasse sind unsere üblichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es einen örtlichen Honig- und Eierladen.

Moserwaldweg is on a slight hill filled with many unique houses side by side. To reach our house you can use nr. 6 tram and walk aprox 14 minutes up. Or, you can take nr. 60 bus and walk down from Waltendorfer Haupstraße. You can also bike, drive or use a moped, as other dwellers do. We have a dedicated garage and also a parking place.
There is a really close access to the forest near by the house where you can have short hikes. Unimarkt at Waltendorfer Haupstraße is the closest supermarket, and also Billa, Spar, Hofer, DM at Plüddemangasse are our usual grocery places. There is a local honey and egg near by the house.
Wir haben Platz für 6 Personen, die im Haus wohnen. Polina, Felix, Madeleine, Max, Tolga und Anderson, die auszieht. Unsere gemeinsamen Interessen liegen vor allem im kreativen Bereich wie Musik und bildende Kunst. Wir haben Spaß an verschiedenen Aktivitäten wie Jamsessions, Malsessions und auch Klangexperimenten, und von Zeit zu Zeit organisieren wir alternative Partys vor Ort. Wir haben eine Sauna, die in den kühleren Monaten aktiviert wird, und einen Außenpool, der mindestens 4 Monate im Jahr genutzt wird.
Es ist uns wichtig, die Bedürfnisse der anderen zu respektieren, um eine angenehme Atmosphäre zu schaffen, in der sich jeder entfalten kann. Wir sind der Meinung, dass eine gute Kommunikation wichtig ist, um das Gleichgewicht aufrechtzuerhalten und ein komfortables, entspannendes und gemütliches Wohnumfeld zu schaffen. Das Haus bietet viele Räume, die zum Erforschen und kreativen Arbeiten einladen. Auch das Haus mit seinen besonderen Bedingungen, erfordert eine angemessene Menge an Aufmerksamkeit und Pflege, die sehr wichtig ist.
Übrigens haben wir auch ab und zu einen 4 Jahre alten Besucher, der die Leute mit seiner Freude erheitert und die Stimmung im Haus auflockert.

We have space for 6 people to live in the house. Polina, Felix, Madeleine, Max, Tolga and Anderson who is moving out. Our common interests are mostly creative areas like music and fine arts. We enjoy various activities like jam sessions, painting sessions and also sound experiments, and from time to time we organize alternative parties in situ. We have a sauna that is activated in the cooler months and an outdoor pool that is used at least 4 months of the year.
Caring and respecting the needs of each other is essential to us to create a comfortable atmosphere where everyone can express him/herself. We think that good communication is important to maintain the balance and ensure a comfortable, relaxing and cosy living environment. The place provides a lot of spaces to explore and inspire your creative projects. Also the house in its special terms, requires a fair amount of attention and care, which is very important for the spirit of house.
Btw we also have a 4 yrs old visitor from time to time, who cheers people by his joy and softens the vibe in the house.
