ich habe von einem WG ausgezogen. Aber mein Vertrag endet bis Ende Juni. Der Vermieter möchte keinen Vertrag für Zwischenmieter ausgeben. Aber Ich würde das Zimmer nicht frei lassen. Gesetzlich darf man als Gast darin für 6 bis 8 Wochen darin wohnen. Wenn ein Student order eine Studentin eine Unterkunft dringend sucht, kann er order sie mir melden. Er order sie kann bis 25.06 kostenlos darin wohnen. Im Zimmer gibt es nur einen Kleiderschrank und ein Bett ohne Matratze.
