Hello everyone!
I have a temporary room offer since I am moving out for an internship in Germany. The light room is available from the 15th of April until the 31st of October 2023. It is a 15 square meters large space and is furnished with a bed, cupboard, desk, desk chair and curtains. You would share the apartment with two roommates. The flat has a toilet with a separate shower room. Moreover, there is a spacious living room with a comfy couch and an eating area with a large television. Through the double windows, there is a lot of sunlight during the day. In addition, the flat has a good-sized kitchen with kitchen utilities. Furthermore, our two balconies are ideal for summer barbeques. The apartment also has a safe bike storage area in the basement. The rent amounts to 500€, it is a fixed package including heating, electricity and internet costs.
Within 5 min., you can reach the city centre by bike and you need 12 min. by bike to get to the Zernike campus. Across the street from the flat is a smaller supermarket, but Jumbo is also within easy reach (4 minutes). Next to the place is a lovely park. Overall, the living area is very communal, with quiet streets.
