Are you looking for a place to stay and feel like family? We offer a lovingly renovated room of 20 sqare meters in a beautiful 6-room old building apartment. There are two living rooms and a guest room for common use, and of course kitchen and bathroom.
Suchst du einen schönen Platz zum Wohnen und Anschluss an eine Art Familie? Wir bieten ein schönes liebevoll renoviertes 20 qm großes Zimmer in einer schönen 6-Zimmer-Altbau-Wohnung. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen zwei Wohnzimmer und ein Gästezimmer zur Verfügung, sowie Küche und Bad.
The house is located in the center of Gunzenhausen, the market square with cafés and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes on foot. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Gunzenhausen train station. It is a three-family house, we live on the top floor. Around the house there is an overgrown garden with old fruit trees.
We can design part of the garden together. The recreational value of Gunzenhausen is worth mentioning. The Altmühlsee can be reached by bike in ten minutes and can be circled in an hour and a half.
Das Haus befindet sich im Zentrum von Gunzenhausen, der Marktplatz mit Cafés und Restaurants ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof Gunzenhausen braucht man zu Fuß etwa zehn Minuten. Es handelt sich um ein Dreifamilienhaus, wir bewohnen das oberste Geschoss. Um das Haus herum befindet sich ein verwilderter Garten mit alten Obstbäumen. Einen Teil des Gartens können wir als WG gemeinsam gestalten. Erwähnenswert ist der Erholungswert Gunzenhausens. Der Altmühlsee ist mit dem Fahrrad in zehn Minuten zu erreichen und in anderthalb Stunden zu umrunden.
The beautiful old building apartment is very suitable for sharing space with others. We would be happy if we could have dinner together every now and then and take turns cooking. We´ll love to listen to the stories you share from your life. And we are ready to show the beautiful places in the area.
Die schöne Altbau-Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut, um den Platz mit anderen zu teilen. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung gibt es eine neue Einbauküche, ein Esszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein Gästezimmer. Jede/r Bewohner/in bekommt zusätzlich ein eigenes Zimmer. Damit sind Rückzug und Gemeinschaft möglich, je nach Tagesbefindlichkeit. Im Moment wohnen wir zu zweit hier. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir immer wieder mal gemeinsam (eher vegetarisch) zu Abend essen und uns mit dem Kochen abwechseln. Ich halte es für selbstverständlich, dass wir die Hausarbeit aufteilen. Ich mag Besuch! Wichtig ist es mir, dass wir in der WG respektvoll miteinander umgehen und aufeinander Rücksicht nehmen. Das ist auch deshalb erwähnenswert, weil das Bad relativ klein ist. Einen Teil des verwilderten Gartens können wir gemeinsam gestalten. Ansonsten lasse ich mich gerne zu gemeinsamem Sport überreden und freue ich mich auf die Feierabende am See.
