Ist es ein geräumiges Zimmer. Allerdings würde der Wickeltisch stehen bleiben. Sowie eine kleine Komode. Alles andere kann beliebig eingeräumt werden. Ich helfe sehr gerne bei der Umgestaltung, falls Notwendig. Zwei Luftmatrazen wären vor Ort. Ein eigenes Bett hat das Zimmer leider nicht.
Der nächste Bahnhof ist zu Fuß 2-3 Minuten entfernt. Wer einen schnellen Gang hat, schafft es auch in einer Minute.
Ich bin 31 Jahre alt, verheiratet und bin meist bis Abends arbeiten. Ich bin eher ein ruhiger Mensch. Ich mache sehr gerne Filmabende über Netflix und trinke dabei 2 Bierchen. Bin sehr offen und sehr redseelig. Aber kein Partymensch. Was ich auch ungerne hier haben möchte.
Wenn du offen bist, in deinen Gedanken nicht eingespert, dann bist du herzlich Willkommen. Der Mietvertrag würde erstmal auf 3 Monate befristet sein, kann danach aber gerne um weitere 3 Monate verlängert werden.
