ich vermiete die halbe Wohnung/=eigenes Stockwerk/=2 Zimmer+Küche+Bad. Damit ist diese halbe Wohnung eigenständig, trotz allem bleibt es eine WG, da wir dem gemeinsamen Eingang und Flur haben, nicht alles schallgeschützt ist... aus diesem Grund ist mir wichtig, dass wir uns sympatisch finden :-)
Ich selber bin 42 Jahre alt, arbeite in Vogtareuth, bin offen, mag Natur und Tiere....
ah Achtung, wir haben eine Besuchskatze, die ab und zu vorbeikommt. Solltest du also eine Allergie haben, ist das ein Problem. Auch Rauchen ist für mich problematisch.
Wer gerne auf dem Land wohnt, ein Auto hat und vielleicht im Ort oder auch in der Nähe (z.B. Vogtareuth, Bad Endorf, Rosenheim, Wasserburg) arbeitet, hat es schön in Halfing. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist nicht gut, aber im Ort gibt es auf jeden Fall schon mal eine großen Supermarkt (Edeka), Post, Sportverein, Arzt, etc. :-)
