Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und liegt zum Hof hinaus, womit es recht ruhig ist. Es hat zwei sehr schöne große Fenster, wodurch der Raum, besonders abends, mit viel Licht erfüllt ist. Es hat mit 3,15m sehr hohe Wände, die momentan weiß gestrichen sind, du könntest es aber nach deinen Vorstellungen verändern.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Marktplatzes, die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle und der nächste Supermarkt sind nur eine Querstraße entfernt. Alle Uni-Gebäude sind innerhalb von 15 min zu Fuß oder per Bahn erreichbar. Zur Peißnitz läuft man nur ca. 10 min.
Ein bisschen was über mich:
Ich bin Anna, 19. Jahre alt und studiere im 3. Semester Zahnmedizin. Ich habe bisher alleine in der Wohnung gewohnt, dafür ist die Wohnung allerdings ein bisschen zu groß, deswegen suche ich jetzt eine Mitbewohnerin. Gemeinsam genutzt werden das Bad und die Küche. Da die Küche ein recht großer extra Raum ist, dient sie gleichzeitig als Gemeinschaftsraum. Das Bad ist auch sehr geräumig. Ich bin von Filme- bis Kochabend offen für alles, finde es aber auch okay, wenn jeder mal seine Privatsphäre genießt.
