Hallo,
dieses WG Zimmer wird voraussichtlich frei sein am 1.Mai, wahrscheinlich schon vorher im Laufe des Aprils.
Es ist grob möbliert, 12 qm groß, zum Nordwesten ausgerichtet (Innenbereich) und nah am "Studentenwohnheim Felsenstraße" gelegen. Es kostet mich im Moment 210 Euro in total warm!!! Es ist also ein Schnäppchen.
Mietverträge werden nur bis 1.Feburar 2025 gemacht, weil der Vermieter danach eine Wohnung draus machen möchte.
Mit etwas Glück dauert es doch etwas länger aber das weiß im Moment niemand.
Da uns eine Mitbewohnerin verlässt, wollen wir auch wieder eine Frau für dieses Zimmer bei uns haben.
Es ist gut geeignet für Studenten aus dem Ausland die ein Jahr hier sind oder einige Monate, Studienkolleg machen oder
im Master sind - aber es ist letztlich egal ob du studierst oder arbeitest oder wie lange du hier bleibst.
Eine kleine Küche und ein kleines Duschbad sowie ein kleines Badewannenbad sind in der WG gegeben, sowie
Internet, dass verlässlich und stabil ist soweit ich hier wohne.

Hello,
this room will be approximately be free latest on 1st May 2024; likely sooner in late April.
It is furnitured, 12qm size and Close to "dormitory Felsenstraße".
It costs only 210 euros for all in total a month!!! So it is really cheap.
Contracts only till 1st February 2025 because a flat should be made of it afterwards, but with luck
it might take longer, nobody knows for sure right now.
It is therefore also good for students from out of Germany, who stay not so long or Studienkolleg students as
well as anybody else a - doesn't matter if you study or how long you want to stay here.
We only want a woman for this room, since a woman is leaving our shared apartment soon!
We haver furthermore small kitchen, two small baths with two toilets, one has shower, one has bathtube - and a
solid, stable internet all inclusive! :D

Spielt keine Rolle ob du 20 und studierst, oder 30 und berufstätig bist.

Fünf Leute offiziell, aber einer ist nie da.
Vier Leute de facto (ein Mann ist sehr ruhig und zurückgezogen) ansonsten Fuad (nette Typ, unkompliziert)
und ich leben hier mit Nada, die demnächst auszieht.

So four people in reality: One guy quiet and in his room most of the time or not here; for the rest
Fuad, Nada and me are living here.
Nada is moving out soon. Its uncomplicated over all.
