Dear friends & people!
Der Wind der Veränderung weht in der Kurt-Tucholsky-Straße!
Unsere derzeitige Mitbewohnerin zieht es den Sommer über in die Ferne und so suchen wir für den Zeitraum Juli-Juli explizit eine_n FLINTA*-Mitbewohner_in.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Hochparterre, hat Dielenboden und ist schön hell (so hell es im Hochparterre halt sein kann).
Wir – Fia, Amelie und Anna –wohnen dann mit dir zu viert in zwei Wohnungen in einem charmanten unsanierten Altbau mit netter Hausgemeinschaft und großem wunderschönen Gemeinschaftsgarten; wir essen vegan/vegetarisch und teilen uns die Ausgaben für Lebensmittel (für die kurze Zeit bleibt es dir überlassen, ob du das möchtest). Wir haben ein Wohnzimmer, ein Gästezimmer, eine Küche und 2 Bäder. Kosten (Miete+Nebenkosten): ca. 280 Euro/Monat.
Wir hängen gerne mal zusammen in der Küche oder im Garten ab, teilen Alltag und sind aber auch mal mehr mal weniger berufstätig und teilweise viel unterwegs.
Wenn du dich für eine Zwischenmiete bei uns interessierst, schreib uns doch gerne ein paar Zeilen über dich und dann vereinbaren wir ein Kennenlernen. Wir freuen uns drauf :-)

Our current flatmate is going away for the summer and so we are looking for a FLINTA*-roommate for the period June-July!
The room you will be living in is on the raised ground floor, has wooden floors and is nice and bright (as bright as it can be on the raised ground floor).
The three of us - Fia, Amelie and Anna - will live with you in two apartments in a charming, unrenovated old building with a nice shared house and a beautiful large communal garden; We eat vegan/vegetarian and would like to keep it that way. We share the expenses for groceries (for a short time like this it's up to you whether you want to or do your thing). We have a living room, a guest room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Costs (rent + additional costs): approx. 280 euros/month.
We like to hang out together in the kitchen or in the garden, share everyday life and sometimes work more or less and sometimes are on the way a lot.

Straßenbahnhaltestelle 2 Gehminuten entfernt, nächster Supermarkt 5 Minuten entfernt, am Fluss / im Grünen ist man ebenfalls in 5 Minuten, das Stadtzentrum/den Marktplatz erreicht man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten.
Public transport 5 min walking, supermarket 5 min walking, riverside/forest 5 min walking, city center 15 min walking.
