The room is in the middle of the corridor and offers a view of green trees on the left and a glims of the Richard-Wagner-Straße on the right. The exact date of entry is flexible.
Die WG befindet sich in der nördlichen Innenstadt, am Beginn von Giebichenstein, einem eher ruhigen Viertel, nahe Reileck und Paulusviertel. Hier wohnen viele Familien und Studies und viele beliebte Cafés wie die Rosenburg und das 2ZKB.
Wenn dir mehr nach Natur und Wiese ist: Auf der Lamuwiese (Die Wiese vor dem Landesmuseum) bist du in nur 2 min zu Fuß und die Saale, wie auch der Galgenberg sind auch nicht weit entfernt.
Einkaufen kannst du im Penny oder Rewe um die Ecke, der 24h Edeka auf der Luwu ist auch nicht weit weg.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Landesmuseum befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, vom Reileck gibt es dann noch mehr Anbindungen.
The flat share is located in the northern city centre, at the beginning of Giebichenstein, a rather quiet neighbourhood, close to Reileck and Paulusviertel. Many families and students live here and there are many popular cafés such as the Rosenburg and the 2ZKB.
If you're more in the mood for nature and meadows, the Lamuwiese (the meadow in front of the Landesmuseum) is only a 2 minute walk away, the Saale and the Galgenberg are also close by.
You can shop at Penny or Rewe around the corner, and the 24-hour Edeka on Luwu is also not far away.
The tram stop Landesmuseum is in the immediate vicinity, and there are even more connections from Reileck.
Ansonsten gibt es einen Innenhof mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und einer Feuertonne, sowie einen Fahrradkeller und eine vom ganzen Haus gemeinsam genutzte und gut ausgestattete Holzwerkstatt.
