The room is rented for three months initially with the possibility of extending the rental period.
The room is 13 square meters and is furnished with bed, closet, desk, bookshelves, etc. As seen in the photos (everything but the TV).
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.
It has a nice garden, with an exit to a larger public garden.
The apartment is located in Barmbek-Nord, very well connected. At 50 mts from a bus stop with which you can reach the Barmbek station (U3 - S1) in 10 min. It is also a 7 min walk from the station Rubenkamp (S1). It is also a 10 min bus ride to Olsdorf station (U1).
Your roommate (Cande) is 22 years old, German-Argentinean, speaks German, Spanish and English. She is relaxed and very cool. We like to get together in the kitchen and chat while cooking. We think that respect, order and cleanliness are fundamental for a good coexistence.
The rent of the room is without furniture so the tenant who enters will have to buy the furniture of the room (bed, desk, chair and closet) for EUR 200.
I own 50% of the washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave so the tenant will have to buy them for EUR 200.
