Es ist sehr ruhig, so, dass du gut schlafen wirst, bis dich am Morgen die Vögel wecken.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, außerdem haben wir ein geräumiges gemeinsames Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Balkon.

Die Wohnung liegt in Barmbek, sehr nah am Stadtpark (hier kann man grillen, im Stadtparksee oder dem angrenzenden Schwimmbad schwimmen gehen oder spazieren.)
Die nächste Bahnstation ist ca 10-15 min Fußweg entfernt, die Bushaltestelle erreicht man in 4 min.
In die Innenstadt, sowie in die Schanze, nach St. Pauli und Altona braucht man ca 20-30 min mit der Bahn.
Die Uni Hamburg und die Hafencity Universität sind genauso schnell zu erreichen.
Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nur 5 min zu erreichen.
The apartment is located in Barmbek very close to the stadtpark (a park where you can have barbecues and swim in a small lake in summer or go for a walk). The next trainstations are in 10-15 minute walking distance, the nearest busstops in 4 minute. You can reach the city centre as well as the hip quarters sternschanze, st. pauli and altona within a 20-30 minute trainride. The uni Hamburg and the hafencity university also. You will find all shopping facilities you need in 5 minute walking distance.
