I'm letting 2 communicated rooms of around 26 sqm + hall (8qm )with a separated toilet and shower within a 132 sqm flat in the heart of Eimsbuettel. Living room and Kitchen have aprox, 50 qm extra.
A small garden ist available. in the middle of a speed limited 30 km/h zone.
It is basically a complete flat. Living room and kitchen and a bath will be shared.
We do play music at home, musicians welcome, A grand piano and a practice drum set is available.
Due to experiences pls no students under 25. Music students excepted.
Es sind 2 Zimmer vorhanden von ca 35 + 10 QM Flur und ein großes Wohnzimmer / Küche zur Mitbenutzung mit weiteren 50 qm. Ein kleiner eigener Garten ist vorhanden, 30er Zone.
In der Wohnung wird musiziert. Musiker willkommen, Ein Flügel und ein Schlagzeug sind ist vorhanden.
