Since I am on vacation in May, I am subrenting my room. It is fully furnished and has 20qm. You would live with my lovely roomy Carlos (31y), he is mexican an speaks fluently spanish and english - also quite decent dutch and german :) The room has a balcony (southside) to the very calm Lutterothstr. In the flat you can find everything that you need for a living - dishwasher, laundrymachine, coffee-machine, fridge (inkl. freezer)...The flat is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and very friendly neighbourhood.
The flat is approx. 2 min. walking distance to the U2-Lutterothstr., the next supermarket is 3min walking distance (Edeka). The region of the Osterstraße is 3-4 min. walking distance and has everything that you need for daily living (Budni, dm, nice restaurants and bars...) By train you can get to the Schanze within 15 min and to the main station within 20 min. To get to the Stadtpark it is approx. 20 min by train and 15 min by bike.
In the flat are two seperate sleeping rooms of which one belongs to Carlos and one would be yours. You are sharing kitchen, bathroom and the open space behind the kitchen (living room, work-space, TV....) We like to have it clean within the house, so an appropriate level of tidiness would be a must :) You would have your on space whenever needed but also someone to have a coffee or a drink with.
