Liebe Leute,
Möbliertes Zimmer (13,5 m2) in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel ab sofort unterzuvermieten. Mietdauer nach Absprache.
Im Zimmer stehen aktuell ein Kleiderschrank mit Spiegeltür, ein Schlafsofa (2-Bett), ein Tisch, der als Schreibtisch genutzt werden kann und ein kleiner Beistelltisch für das Sofa sowie Decken- und Stehlampen. Außerdem ein Smart-TV-Gerät, das vom Mieter oder der Mieterin des Zimmers genutzt werden kann. Das Zimmer wird zunächst "möbliert" vermietet. Es ist noch Platz für Mitgebrachtes (z. B. Bücherregal, Kommode u. a.).
Im Mietpreis eingeschlossen ist die Nutzung einer Waschmaschine, die in der großräumigen Küche steht. Gemeinsame Küchennutzung, Ihr müsst kein Geschirr mitbringen. Geschirrspülmaschine ist vorhanden.
Auf dem Dachboden ist recht viel Stauraum, falls ihr etwas zwischenlagern müsst. Einen Kellerraum kann ich nicht anbieten.
Alle Kosten für Strom, Heizung, Wasser und Internet sind in Eurer Monatsmiete enthalten.

Furnished room (13.5 m2) in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel to be sublet immediately. Rental period by arrangement.
The room currently has a wardrobe with a mirrored door, a sofa bed (for two persons), a table that can be used as a desk and a small side table for the sofa, as well as ceiling and floor lamps. There is also a smart TV that can be used by the tenant of the room. The room is initially rented "furnished". There is still space for things you have brought with you (e.g. bookshelves, chest of drawers, etc.).
The rental price includes the use of a washing machine in the comfortable kitchen. Shared use of the kitchen, you don't have to bring any dishes with you. Dishwasher is available.
There is plenty of storage space in the attic if you need to store something. I cannot offer a basement room.
All costs for electricity, heating, water and internet are included in your monthly rent.
Lage
Zentrale Lage in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel (nahe U-Bahn Schlump). Sowohl das Grindelviertel (Uni-Campus), die Schanze (Szeneviertel zum Stöbern, Schlemmen und abends Treffpunkt für Nachteulen) als auch Planten und Blomen (wunderbarer Park) sind zu Fuß in 10 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit Bahn, Fahrrad oder Bus geht es noch schneller.

Central location in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel (near underground Schlump). Both the Grindelviertel (university campus), the Schanze (scene district for browsing, feasting and meeting point for night owls in the evening) as well as Planten and Blomen (wonderful park) can be reached on foot in 10 to 20 minutes. It's even quicker by train, bike or bus.
WG-Leben
Ich freue mich auf eine tolerante und zumindest in den gemeinsam genutzten Räumen ordentliche Person (Mann oder Frau: der erste Eindruck ist mir wichtiger als Geschlecht und Alter).
Das zu vermietende Zimmer wurde für meine Töchter freigehalten, die nun aber in eigenen Wohnungen leben.
Du wohnst mit mir in einer 2 Zimmer Wohnung. Kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche, dafür aber großräumige Küche. Leider kein Balkon. Wohnung ist 54,78 m2 groß und liegt im 3. Stockwerk.
Ich bin 1961 geboren, männlich, Nichtraucher und innerlich recht jung geblieben und unkompliziert. Ich koche viel zu Hause, wasche fast jeden Abend Pfannen, Töpfe, Holzbretter etc. ab und genieße dabei meine Playlisten im Ohr.
Erwartet hier keine Party-WG. Zuhause wohlfühlen und das Abenteuer dann draußen in Cafés, Bars, Clubs oder auch Kinos suchen, von denen viele von der Wohnung aus schnell per Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
Ich bin offen sowohl für eine Zweck- und Nicht Zweck-WG. Das Zusammenleben wird entscheiden.

I am looking forward to a tolerant person who is at least tidy in the shared rooms (man or woman: first impressions are more important to me than gender and age).
The room to let was reserved for my daughters, who now live in their own apartments.
You live with me in a 2 room apartment. Small bathroom with shower, but spacious kitchen. Unfortunately no balcony. Apartment is 54.78 m2 and is on the 3rd floor.
I was born in 1961, male, non-smoker and still young at heart and uncomplicated. I cook a lot at home, wash pans, pots, wooden boards etc. almost every evening and enjoy my playlists in my ears.
Don't expect a party apartment here. Feel cozy at home and then look for adventure outside in cafés, bars, clubs or cinemas, many of which can be reached quickly by bike or on foot from the apartment.
I'm open to both a purpose and non-purpose flat share. Living together will decide.
