Wir suchen zum 15.03 eine:n neue:n Mitbewohner:in für unsere WG. Das Zimmer ist 11 qm groß, weiß gefliest, und zum Teil möbliert (eine Übernahme der Möbel wäre möglich).
Die Wohnung bietet eine gemeinsame kleine Küche (inkl. Spül- und Waschmaschine) und ein gemeinsames. Zudem gibt es einen Kellerraum und ein Abteil auf dem Dachboden als Lagermöglichkeiten.
Auf der Grenze zwischen Eimsbüttel und Hoheluft-West ist die WG gut gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Osterstraße, Eppendorfer Weg, Hoheluftchaussee) sind fußläufig.
Der Bus (20,25) hält direkt vor der Tür. Zu den nächsten U-Bahn-Stationen (U2 Osterstraße/U3 Hoheluftbrücke) sind es ca. 15 min zu Fuß. In die Schanze bringt dich der Bus 181, der um die Ecke hält.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind David und Leo:
Leo macht gerade eine Online-design-umschulung und arbeitet nebenbei in einer veganen Kochschule. In seiner Freizeit findest du ihn in seinem Zimmer am Musikhören, Lesen oder beim Filmschauen. Am Wochenede ist er unterwegs mit seinen Freund:innen, jedes zweite Wochenende am Tanzen im Club oder auf Konzerten aber keine Sorge, wir sind keine Party WG.
David (26) kommt aus Wiesbaden und studiert an der Uni Hamburg. Er fängt im Sommer seine Masterarbeit an und arbeitet nebenbei als Werkstudent. Ansonsten begeistert er sich für Lateinamerika, Sprachen, Fußball und Umweltthemen.
Die WG ist ein Ort für uns zu entspannen und ausruhen, wenn es etwas laut wird beschweren sich schnell die Nachbar:innen. Ein respektvolles und offenes Miteinander ist uns wichtig. Damit es beim Ordnung halten fair bleibt, haben wir einen Putzplan: Uns ist Sauberkeit und Ordnung wichtig. Rauchen in der WG ist unerwünscht.
Wir sind eine vegetarisch/ vegane WG und möchten gerne, dass die WG so bleibt. Leo ist queer und wir beide wünschen uns eine:n queer-freundliche:n Mitbewohner:in.

English version:
We are looking for a new flatmate for our shared flat. The room is 11 sqm, white tiled and furnished (as of now) and will be free starting on the 15.03
We share a small kitchen and the bathroom (including dishwasher and washing machine). There is also a basement and a compartment in the attic for storage.
The flat is well located on the border between Eimsbüttel and Hoheluft-West. Shops are within walking distance (Osterstraße, Eppendorfer Weg, Hoheluftchausse)
The bus (20,25) stops directly in front of the door. The nearest subway stations (U2 Osterstraße/U3 Hoheluftbrücke) are about a 15-minute walk away. The bus 181 stops around the corner and takes you to Schanze.
Your future roommates would be David and Leo:
Leo is currently doing an online bootcamp from home and working part time on a vegan cooking school. In his free time you can find him in his room listening to music, reading or watching movies. On the weekends he is out with his friends, every other weekend dancing in the club or at concerts but don't worry, we are not a party Flat 😉
David (26) is from Wiesbaden and studies at Uni Hamburg. He is about to start his master‘s thesis in summer and is a working student in the meantime. Furthermore, he is passionate about Latin America, languages, football and environmental issues.
Our flat is a place for us to rest and relax from work, the neighbors will also let us know immediately if we are being a bit too loud. Respectful and open cooperation is important to us. To keep things fair when it comes to keeping order, we have a cleaning schedule: Cleanliness and tidiness are important to us.
Smoking inside the flat is not welcomed.We are a vegetarian/ vegan WG and would like it to stay that way. Leo is queer and we both would like to have a queer-friendly flatmate.
