So wie die ganze Wohnung ist dein Zimmer frisch saniert. Aktuell wwerden noch die letzten Bauarbeiten erledigt, aber zum Einzug wird alles fertig sein. Dein Zimmer ist ca 15 m² groß und dein Fenster geht zum ruhigen Innenhof raus. Zwischen deinem und meinem Zimmer befindet sich eine Flügeltür (siehe Fotos), die ich von meiner Seite aus mit einem Regal zustellen werde. Das kannst du auch sehr gerne machen. Außerdem plane ich noch Schaumstoff dazwischen zu klemmen.
Da ich neu in die Wohnung einziehe, gibt es leider keine Möbel für dein Zimmer, deshalb wäre es gut, wenn du selbst was mit bringen kannst. Falls es da probleme gibt, helfe ich dir gerne beim organisieren :) Alles weitere wie Waschmaschiene, Küchenausstattung etc. ist da. Ich leihe dir auch gerne Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc.
Miete ist 400 € (beinhaltete alle Kosten inklusive einem Puffer falls irgendwann noch mal ne Nachzahlung kommt, ansonsten bekommst du bei der Nächsten Nebenkostenabrechung was wieder)
Like the whole appartment, your room is freshly renovated. Your room is about 15 m² and from your window you will look into the quiet inner courtyard. Also my room and your room seperates a door (like you can see on the photos), which will be closed full time. Also i will but a big shelf in front of it and i am going to put some noice canceling material in between.
Since I'm just moving into the apartment, there is unfortunately no furniture for your room, so it would be good if you could bring something yourself. If there are any problems, I'll be happy to help you organize :) Everything else, such as washing machine, kitchen equipment, etc. is there. I am also happy to lend you bed linen, towels etc.
Rent is 400 € (includes all costs including a buffer in case there is another additional payment at some point, otherwise you will get something back with the next utility bill)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Hartwig-Hesse-Straße, eine Wohnstraße, welche um die Ecke von der Osterstraße liegt. Dies bedeutet, jede Menge Einkausmöglichkeiten und Cafés und Restaurants sind fußläufig in 5 bis 10 minuten zu erreichen.
Die nächste Bahnhaltestelle ist die Lutterothstraße (U2). Von dort aus kommt man in ca. 15 minuten zum Hamburger Hbf.
The apartment is on Hartwig-Hesse-Strasse, a residential street around the corner from Osterstrasse. This means that there are plenty of shopping opportunities and cafes and restaurants can be reached on foot in 5 to 10 minutes.
The next train stop is Lutterothstraße (U2). From there you can get to Hamburg Hbf in about 15 minutes.
Hey du :) ich heiße Julia bin 25 Jahre alt und schreibe aktuell meine Masterarbeit im Bereich Stadtplanung.
Ich spiele gerne Gitarre und Ukulele, mag Wein und Kaffee, kleine Konzerte, Irland, tanzen, Kajak fahren und bin passionierte Alltagsradlerin. Bis Ende Juli lebe ich noch in Lübeck und dann gehts für mich zurück in meine Heimat Hamburg. Deshalb gründe ich dort eine WG. Neben dir suche ich noch eine(n) zweite(n) Zwischenmieter(in), sodass wir am Ende zu dritt sind.
WG-Leben:
Ich freue mich, wenn wir mal zusammen frühstücken, kochen, Kräuter züchten, Musik hören, Hamburg entdecken oder abends auf unserem Balkon Wein trinken. Ich mag offene Türen aber habe ab und zu auch einfach mal die Tür zu. Generell gilt: Alles geht, nichts muss :)
Sonstiges:
Ich habe seit vielen Jahren WG-Erfahrungen und habe schon mit vielen unterschiedlichen Menschen zusammen gewohnt. Deshalb: Ich mag es wenn es ordentlich ist, aber finde es voll ok wenn mal was stehen bleibt, so lange man es zeitnah wieder weg räumt :) Und gernell finde ich es gut, wenn man über alles spricht, was einen stört, so können unnötige Dramen vermieden werden.
Hey :) I am Julia, 25 years old and currently, I am working on my master thesis in urban planning. I like to play guitar and ukulele, i like wine and COffee, small concerts, Ireland, dancing, kayaking and i am a passionate everyday cyclist. I'll be living in Lübeck until the end of July and then i'll go back to my hometown Hamburg. That's why I'm setting up a sharing Flat. In addition to you, I'm looking for a second flatmate, so in the end, we will be 3 people.
WG-life:
I'm looking forward to having breakfast together, cooking, growing herbs, listening to music, discovering Hamburg or drinking wine on our balcony in the evening. I like open doors, but from time to time I enjoy them closed. In general: Much is possible, nothing has to be :)
Cleaning stuff:
I have had shared flat experiences for many years and have lived with many different people. Therefore: I like it when it's tidy, but I think it's totally ok if it is not super clean all the time :) In this and other points, communication is key for me.
Besichtigung vor Ort geht leider nicht, da ich ja noch nicht dort Wohne aber ich schicke dir gerne Fotos und Videos. Und lass uns doch gerne Zoomen :)
