Mein Name ist Marina und meine Mitbewohnerin verlässt Hamburg im Juni, so bin ich auf der Suche nach jemandem, der ihr Zimmer in der Zwischenzeit übernimmt.
Das Zimmer ist 25 m^2 groß, voll möbliert.
Alle Möbel, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind, bleiben im Zimmer und können von dir benutzt werden. Das Bett ist 180x200 cm groß, und das Sofa ist auch in ein Bett umwandelbar.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist genau an der Station Wandsbeker Chaussee (U-Bahn/S-Bahn/Bus) mit folgenden Linien: U1, S1, X22 usw. Alle sind in weniger als einer Minute zu erreichen.
Alle Supermärkte sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen (2 davon direkt gegenüber der Wohnung).
Der Preis beträgt 670€/Monat inklusive aller Nebenkosten und einer Kaution von 670€ für den Fall, dass etwas kaputt geht.
Im Moment leben wir zu viert in der Wohnung: Katarina (26), 2 super coole schottische Faltohrkatzen Tosun & Dombis (die wir vor 1,5 Jahren adoptiert haben) und ich.
Du würdest mit uns 3 zusammenleben, also wäre eine Tierliebhaberin ohne Katzenallergien bevorzugt.
Wir sind super chill und freundlich und wir leben wie eine Familie.
Wir sprechen BHS (Bosnisch/Kroatisch/Serbisch), Deutsch und Englisch.
Wir suchen nur FLINTA.

Hey!
My name is Marina and my flatmate is leaving Hamburg for a month, so I am looking for someone to take over her room in the meantime.
The room is 25 m^2, fully furnished.
All of the furniture on the pictures will stay in the room for your use. Bed is 180x200 cm big, and sofa is also convertible into a bed.
The location of the apartment is exactly on the Wandsbeker Chaussee station (U-Bahn/S-Bahn/Bus) with following lines: U1, S1, X22 etc. All of them are reachable in less than a minute.
All of the supermarkets are in a 5 minute reach (2 of them just across the building).
The price is 670€/month all included with 670€ deposit in case that something gets broken.
There are 4 of us living in the apartment at the moment: Katarina (26), 2 super chill Scottishfold cats Tosun & Dombis (who we adopted 1,5 years ago) and me.
You would be living with the 3 of them, so an animal lover without cat allergies would be preferred.
We are super chill and friendly and we live like a family.
We speak BHS(Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian), German and English.
We are only looking for FLINTA, as that is the preference of my roommate.
