Zum Zimmer: Mein kleiner Tempel ist geräumig, hat ein großes gemütliches Bett mit neuer Matratze, einen Schreibtisch, Plattenspieler und Nachmittagssonne.
Zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist Altbau, das WLAN ist schnell und zuverlässig, das Bad ist renoviert und hell, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mixer, Toaster, Heißluftfritteuse.
Du wirst mit meinen zwei lieben Mitbewohnerinnen leben, von denen beide tagsüber im Büro und der Uni sind.
Der Kiez ist belebt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findest du um die Ecke am Eppendorfer Weg, 500 meter weiter ist das KaiFU für entspannte Spaziergänge oder Sport am Wasser. Öffis sind gleich vor der Tür: Busse 25,20, 181 sowie 5 zum HBF (20min entfernt).
Die Nachbarschaft ist entspannt und lieb, falls du Fragen hast, kannst du dich an alle wenden.
Der Preis pro Tag liegt bei 75€ pro Nacht.

About the room: My little temple is spacious, has a big cozy bed with a new mattress, a desk, record player and afternoon sun.
About the apartment: The apartment is an old building, the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, the bathroom is renovated and bright, the kitchen is equipped with everything: Washing machine, dishwasher, blender, toaster, hot air fryer.
You'll be living with my two lovely flatmates, both of whom are in the office and at university during the day.
The neighborhood is lively, shopping facilities are around the corner on Eppendorfer Weg, 500 meters away is the KaiFU for relaxed walks or sports on the water. Public transport is right outside the door: buses 25, 20, 181 and 5 to the main station (20 minutes away).
The neighborhood is relaxed and friendly, if you have any questions, you can contact anyone.
The price per day is 75€ per night.
