Ein helles unmöbliertes Zimmer in einer 2er WG.
Das Zimmer hat 17m2, große Fenster und einen Blick auf schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Die auf den Bildern zu sehene Flügeltür wird verdichtet, um Hellhörigkeit in der Wohnung vorzubeugen und dir Zimmer abzutrennen. Die Küche und das Baden wurden neu saniert.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Ottensen, 12 min zu Fuß vom Altona Bahnhof entfernt. In ca 5-10 min Fußentfernung liegen Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte und Kioske. Es besteht eine lebendige Atmosphäre in Altona. Auch grüne Flächen wie der Fischers Park und der Kemal Alton Park liegen in der Nähe.
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin vorerst befristet für 1 Jahr. Ich freue mich über eine Mitbewohnerin, die auch gerade ihr Studium beendet oder noch dabei ist. Offen für ein entspanntes Miteinander und vllt auch mal nette WG Abende mit Vino. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung erlaubt, jedoch bevorzugt kein Kettenrauchen.
Der graue Kleiderschrank, der Schreibtisch und eine weiße Kommode können kostenlos übernommen werden oder kommen raus :)
