Das Zimmer hat gute 12qm und große Fenster nach Südwesten, am nachmittag also viel Sonne bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Ich vermiete das Zimmer vollmöbliert wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, nur meine ganzen persönlichen Sachen und die aufgehängten Bilder nehme ich natürlich raus. Der Schreibtisch ist elektrisch höhenverstellbar und kann auch als Stehtisch genutzt werden. Die Wohnung verfügt über schnelles Glasfaser Internet.
Küche und Bad sind einfach ausgestattet aber funktional, in der Küche würde ich Geschirr etc. lassen.
English: The room has over 12sqm and large windows facing southwest, so in the afternoon a lot of sunlight until sunset. I will rent out the room fully furnished as shown in the photos, but I will remove all of my personal belongings and framed pictures. The desk is electrically height adjustable and can also be used as a standing desk. The apartment has fast fiber optic internet which is included in the renbt.
Kitchen and bathroom are simply equipped but functional, in the kitchen I would leave dishes, etc..
Die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Es sind etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur TUHH, bis zur nächsten S Bahnstation (Harburg Rathaus) auch etwa 10 Minuten. Dort ist auch der nächste Supermarkt. Direkt an dem Haus ist ein kleiner Park (Göhlbachtal) in dem man einen schönen Spaziergang machen kann.
English: The apartment is located on a very quiet side street without through traffic. It is about 10 minutes by foot to the TUHH, to the next S-Bahn (public transit) station (Harburg Rathaus) also about 10 minutes. The closest large grocery store is located there as well. Directly at the building is a small park (Göhlbachtal) in which you can take a nice walk.
Die anderen beiden Zimmer in der Wohnung sind durch den Vermieter (Genossenschaft) zur Zeit nicht vermietet. Vermutlich hättest du die Wohnung also für dich alleine. Ich miete aber nur mein Zimmer und die Benutzung von Küche, Flur, Bad, die beiden leeren Zimmer können also leider nicht benutzt werden.
English: The other two rooms in the apartment are currently not rented by the landlord (a local cooperative). Presumably, you would have the apartment for yourself. But I rent out only my room and the use of kitchen, hallway, bathroom, so the two empty rooms can unfortunately not be used.
Am besten geeignet wäre dieses Angebot für Studenten an der TUHH, insbesondere Internationale die für 2 Semester in Hamburg studieren wollen. Die Angegebene Miete umfasst bereits alle Nebenkosten (Heizung, Wasser, Strom).
Ich vermiete selbstverständlich mit Untermietvertrag und stelle gerne eine Wohnungsgeberbestätigung aus.
Da die Untermiete erst am 10.08. beginnen kann würde ich für den Monat August nur die halbe Miete (212,5€) verlangen. Da ich ab Mitte August in den USA studieren werde wäre mir eine Person am liebsten die den vollen Zeitraum, ansonsten mindestens bis Juli (also 9 Monate) mietet.

English: This offer would be most suitable for students at TUHH, especially internationals who want to study in Hamburg for 2 semesters. The stated rent already includes all utilities (heating, water, electricity).
Of course, I rent with a proper contract and will be happy to issue the necessary confirmation for registration of residency in Hamburg. Since the sublease can only start on 10.08.2023 I would ask for only half the rent (212,5€) for the month of August.As I will be studying in the US from mid-August, I would prefer a person who rents for the full period, otherwise at least until July 2024 (i.e. 9 months).
