da ich bald für 2 Monate in Portugal bin, will ich mein schönes WG-Zimmer untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist hell eingerichtet und hat ein großes Fenster, wo den ganzen Tag die Sonne reinscheint (wenn sie mal scheint) :D
Außerdem habe ich auch 5 Pflanzen im Zimmer, die aber super easy zu handhaben sind und nur ab und zu gegossen werden müssten 🪴
Die Lage ist zentral und super an ÖPNV angebunden:
U-Bahn Wartenau: 2 Minuten zu Fuß
S-Bahn Landwehr: 4 Minuten zu Fuß
Man ist mit der Bahn in 10 Minuten am Hbf und innerhalb von 5 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man Edeka, Aldi, Rewe und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das WG leben ist super entspannt. Du wohnst mit Philip (Student), Mika (berufstätig) und Daniel (berufstätig) zusammen. Tagsüber sind Philip und Mika meistens unterwegs und Daniel ist im Home Office. Alle drei super entspannte und liebe Jungs✨
