Hallo!
Ich ziehe nach 2 Jahren aus meiner WG aus und suche jetzt nach einem Menschen zur Nachmiete. Über das genaue Einzugsdatum lässt sich noch sprechen.
Dein Zimmer ist etwa 18m² groß und durch die großen bodentiefen Fenster sehr hell. Außerdem hast du einen wunderschönen Dielenboden. Das Zimmer geht raus zu einer relativ befahrenen Straße, aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern hörst du nichts :)
Die ganze Wohnung wurde vor etwa 2 Jahren grundsaniert und ist dementsprechend in einem sehr guten modernen Zustand. Es gibt auch eine Spülmaschine und Regendusche😉

I am looking for someone to take over my room as i am moving out of the shared flat.
It is a very bright room with beautiful wooden floors. The window is facing a quite busy road, but you won't notice anything through closed windows. If you wish so, you can rent (partly) furnished.
The whole apartment has been completly renovated about 3 years ago. It also comes with a rain-shower and a dishwasher :)
Die Wohnung liegt in Lokstedt, nahe an Eppendorf. Dadurch hat man einmal eine ruhige Umgebung und ist gleichzeitig sehr schnell überall.
Die Lage ist perfekt, für alle, die am UKE oder Grindel studieren. Man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am UKE und die nächste Bushaltestelle (5, 281) ist direkt um die Ecke. Von da aus sind es nur 12 Minuten zum Grindel, und der HBF ist in ca 20 Minuten erreichbar.
Zum nächsten Supermarkt (Edeka) sind es etwa 5min, zum nächsten Aldi etwa 10min.
Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen kleinen Garten, der von allen Parteien mitgenutzt werden kann und Fahrradständer, sowie ein Fahrradkeller.

The apartment lies in Lokstedt, close to Eppendorf. The next busstop (lines 5 and 281) is right across the street, perfect if you study at university or need to get into the city centre. The UKE with the medical faculty is only 5-10min by foot!
There is a small shared garden, as well as a bike shed.
Du wirst mit Julia (28) zusammen leben. Sie studiert im 5. Semester Medizin, das ist für dich aber absolut kein Muss!
Mit Julia hat man eine super nette Mitbewohnerin, mit der man viel unternehmen kann, aber die es auch versteht, wenn man mal viel zu tun hat oder Zeit für sich braucht. Wir haben viele Stunden zusammen in der Küche verbracht, gekocht, Filme geguckt oder über Feminismus geredet oder wir waren bouldern. Eine gewisse Sauberkeit, so dass sich alle wohlfühlen, ist für uns selbstverständlich. Aber durch die Spülmaschine ist das natürlich eh sehr entspannt :)

You're going to share the apartment with Julia, 28, who studies medicine. We have spent a lot of time together cooking, watching movies or talking about feminism. We both enjoy bouldering, too.
We expect a certain amount of cleanliness, but that shouldn't be too big of a problem because of the dishwasher :)
Ich ziehe Ende Januar nach 2 Jahren aus der Wohnung aus und suche daher ab Februar oder März nach einem Menschen der*die mein Zimmer übernimmt. Ich kann auf Wunsch auch fast alle meiner Möbel erstmal im Zimmer lassen.
Kleiner Nachtrag von Julia: Ich fänds cool, wenn du veggie bist. Ich lebe selbst vegan und weiß, jede*r braucht sein/ihr Tempo, aber Lust auf Fleisch im Kühlschrank habe ich nicht so.

I'm going to move at the End of January and therefore am looking for someone to take over my room. I could leave some furniture, if needed.
Addition from Julia: I would l like it, if you are vegetarian. I am vegan and know everyone has their own pace, but would really prefer not to have meat in the fridge.
